This Warm Springs ski condo has recently undergone a complete with a new larger kitchen design including cabinetry and appliances, new fireplace, new bathroom cabinetry and faucets, and an added washer/dryer for guest conveniences. The condo has AC in the main living room and primary bedroom.

Great location for family gatherings

The properties in a great location with a fantastic view of the mountain. It has a roomy kitchen and main living area. The beds are very comfortable. If you read the description carefully, it does let you know that the air conditioning is only in the main living area and the master bedroom. The air conditioning did not work that well while we were there, however, it cools off enough at night that it really wasn’t a problem. I recommend opening up the windows at night and then closing them in the morning so that the place stays cooler.

Great place, great resort

I love the location of this place. We're were able to walk to the ski lift from the condo. The place had lots of beds and bathrooms. The place was clean and had the items we needs. Nice and responsive hosts.A few cons. The parking wasn't good. We got one parking pass for a place that held 10 adults. The place didn't have a big table for us to all sit at, so a good card game or dinner was out. Only 4 comfortable seats and we battled for them the whole time.

Great location! Great place!

The location of this property is amazing! It is literally two blocks from the warm spring lift!. I was a little nervous when I read some of the reviews after we had booked about it being a bit tired. I think that they are in the process of making some updates. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom and are separated. Great if you have light sleepers. Our only recommendation is to add a power strip into the bedrooms there was only one easily accessible plug, and it was old, so the plugged in items kept falling out. when skiing you have a lot of sundry electric items that need to be charged. The other suggestion I would make is there is a coin operated washer and dryer down by the hot tub. This would be great if they offered access to this, especially for families. That would help to minimize the amount of luggage you need to bring . My only other comment to guests is, you might consider renting a car. We rented a car at the last minute and was so happy we did. There are shuttles that you can take for free, and Uber, but when it’s cold, it’s kind of a pain to wait outside and it’s nice to have the flexibility and freedom to go into Ketchum when you would like. We will definitely be back! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Amazing location Accommodation

This condo worked perfectly for our friends annual ski trip. There is lots of space despite it being a condo plus it is just steps away from the dollar mountain ski slopes. I would highly recommend staying here!

Not clean on arrival, impossible to connect to manager

The house was fine. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the deck and Hottub and the fact that every room had a bathroom. Not good: No pillows on the beds except for the pillows with the shams. This meant you had to sleep on shams that everyone else has had their face and God knows what else on.. I searched high and low, and finally found two pillows in the closet in another room, but only two pillowcases in the entire place that sleeps 10 people. There were not enough towels, I think they were only six bath towels in the whole place and no washer and dryer. No hot tub towels available either.. The living room furniture is white and had a big rips and stains, but it was comfortable. Check-in was at 4 o’clock, we arrived at 5 o’clock to House Keeper’s still in the place, they didn’t finish until 545 and every time we tried to leave the bedroom, they would shew us back into the bedroom, they didn’t speak English, so communication was tough. We ended up laying on the bed for 45 minutes waiting for them to let us out of the bedroom. We wanted to ask for extra time in the morning to check out since the place wasn’t ready for us when we arrived, however, we were completely unable to get a hold of any sort of manager or property owner. Communication was impossible. You book through Vrbo, but then then the entire reservation is shifted over to Vacasa, which is not a user/guest friendly app.

Great location. Had a cabin feel even though it was a condo. Decor and furnishings were old and outdated, but overall it was a nice property. We will want to stay again later in the ski season because you can walk to the lift!

lots of fun at this charming place

The decor and wall paper made you feel like you were staying at Grandma's house. Our family had a wonderful time here. The kids enjoyed having big beds and there is tons of closet space. The neighborhood is right next to the bike path and it is a fun ride into town or to the mt. biking trails.

Great value and location

Great location of a condo with a lot of personality! Very easy walk to the lifts. Translation for all you parents out there: it was short enough that none of my three teenagers complained! The layout of this condo is one of the best we've ever had. All 3 bedrooms have their OWN BATHROOM! Kitchen was small but manageable. Loved having the grill on the balcony. Although the décor is dated it had SO MUCH CHARACTER and we thoroughly enjoyed looking at the collage of ski pictures over the decades in the entry! Thank you for offering an affordable option at a great location! We would definately say here again!

Great location

Loved having 3 full bathrooms as well as a dog friendly property. Kitchen was on the small side but well stocked with all of the tools we needed to prepare our food. Complex was quiet and clean.

Online school getaway

We stayed at the property with our dogs and three kids who had online school. It is a well loved place and was perfect for us to cook meals, let the kids do online school and then enjoy the outdoors. The neighbors were especially nice.

Girls week

Location 5 min drive from Warm Springs base area. Close to downtown Ketchum area. Set up of condo was good with 3 BR and 3 BA. NO laundry in unit. Decor extremely worn. Needs deep cleaning. Carpet in bathrooms needs to be replaced with cleanable surface. Some dishes cracked, chipped and all glaze worn off. The dishes and glassware is a mixture of odds and ends. Kitchen is a two person capacity at the most. Many cooking pans and utensils available including a crock pot. Bedrooms extremely spacious and beds comfortable. Wallpaper peeling in many areas and grass cloth paper covered with dust bunnies. Two of the bathroom faucets leaked. Electrical outlets so old that charging plugs would not stay in. There were many positives, but owners should get involved in the overall condition.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located near the dog park and a short drive to downtown. A very quiet well-kept neighborhood. The layout was excellent with perfect WiFi. We would rent this one again.

You can't expect too much when you are traveling with your dog...

Things were clean....but really tired looking. The kitchen disposal didn't work. There wasn't a washer and dryer (which is on me for not reading the fine print). The wall paper was coming off the walls. This place could be a nice place, but it needs attention and updating.

Awesome location and great value.

We loved staying here. Close to town, close to beautiful locations (Stanley was breathtaking). The kitchen had plenty so they must have paid attention to the earlier criticisms. We all cook often and had what we needed (bbq isn't in good shape though). Place could use a remodel but for the value it's irrelevant. Will certainly return. Thank you!

sun valley spring break

the location of this unit is fabulous, easy walking distance to the warm springs ski lifts. the unit is comfortable with 3 large, comfortable bedrooms and 3 baths. my only disappointment is the kitchen - good plates, silverware and glassware - but the selection of cooking pans is dismal. I also wish they would put the washer / dryer back in the closet so you didn't have to go to the basement to do laundry.

Excellent Location & Amazing Views

I really loved the location of the property - right at the base of the mountain. The balcony was large and the views were amazing. The unit had plenty of space and everything you need. Lots of closet space too. Shared hot tub was very nice and it was good to have parking. Close to town, but in a peaceful area. It was a bit 70's but clean and comfortable.

Warm Springs View

Nice condo just 2 blocks from the warm springs lifts. Great view of the ski runs from the deck. Comfortable accommodations with everything we needed for my family. Would like to have had some information on Sun Valleys amenities, restaurants, ski shops, etc. The hot tub was broken while we were there and the washer/dryer in the unit was very small ,(there is a full size unit in the attached laundry room downstairs) but otherwise this was a great spot!
