”This property was so lovely and quaint! We are so glad we chose it over a chain hotel! Easy check in/ check out and enjoyable sitting spaces inside the cozy parlor and outside on porch or overlooking part of the downtown! We’d definitely come back- absolutely loved beautiful Rockport!”

”My experience was pretty bad. They were playing music till one in the morning. You could hear the base in my room.All night my tub would not drain when I took a shower and then a lady knocked on my door at nine o'clock to ask me if I drove a certain car and I did not.And I told them what I drove never again”

”Wonderful room, cool decor and such a neat building. The bed was super comfortable and the space to hang out in the room was relaxing. Location is perfect for browsing the shops and eating out. Using text to communicate with the concierge was also very convenient and easy.”

They will charge and keep security deposit at their discretion with minimal explanation. Limited selection for breakfast 1st come 1st serve”

”Hotel was literally brand new and I loved how good everything smelled - new and clean. Staff was wonderful. Only issue was towels and sheets were so new that all the fuzzies came off on us. They need to be washed a bit more but smelled clean so we’ll take it! Parking is near a dispensary so that was not too great either…..but the hotel, worth ever penny!”

”I stayed with my husband and toddler for five days. They gave us a free room upgrade at check-in. We picked this hotel for the location since it was convenient for highway access. We're originally from the area so we knew what we were looking for. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the lake. They provide a good breakfast with decent eggs and tasty pancakes. There's plenty of free parking. If I was a tourist, I probably wouldn't want to stay here since I wouldn't say it's...

”Beautiful layout. It is so well kept and main building still has old world charm. Inside and out seem like they have just been renovated. Very nice. Pool was great! furnishings excellent. Will definitely go back.”

”We started out with problems from the online check in. They said we were in #9 but in was occupied, so they set us up in #6, then the code wasn’t working to get in. After that things were good, till we left and checked out at 830 then in a couple hours later they said we didn’t check out. There systems needs some work. Great location”
