”It is a magnificent property with great facilities. Well located enough. But Plattenberg is a plain soulless residential seaside town. No quality in terms of restaurants.
The property is closed to shops, cafés and beach (if you don’t mind the very steep hike back). ”

”Wonderful and spacious B&B complete with comfortable common areas. Room was well appointed, with multiple sitting areas. Staff were great - Abie and Jon were a big help with check-in, and Caroline was gracious and service-minded. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.”

”The guest house was lovely, really friendly staff and good location. However, overall I was quite disappointed, I had expected a proper hotel and a much more luxurious experience given we paid over $500 per night. I wonder and hope this was a holiday price and other guests aren’t charged as much ”
