Lakeview Loft

Lakeview Loft is a beautiful apartment overlooking Lake Michigan and the Kewaunee Harbor. Located on the second story of an historic 1859 building in downtown Kewaunee, the apartment was fully renovated in 2015. Comfortable and spacious, the apartment features high-end finishes, including custom tile baths and stainless steel appliances.

Everything was great! Florida Family got to see a good amount of snow and the proximity to Green bay was perfect for a game. Hosts were very accommodating and the Loft was great! This is the second time we have stayed here so it was nice to see Kewaunee again. Also loved the diner just down the stairs on the first floor. Everyone was very nice.

This was an amazing apartment! Everything about it was perfect. We were staying in the area because my son just started a new job here, and his apartment was not ready. While here he said to me- “it would be awesome to just live here”.It was nicely decorated, and had everything we could have needed.I highly recommend it!

This beautiful loft has everything you need. It has a well appointed kitchen and amazing views. It is a quiet, quaint little town away from the bustle of door County. Close to Door County with many things to see and do. We stayed for two weeks and spent a lot of time fishing for Kings, lying on the beach and taking in the free Sunday night music. The hosts were very attentive. Just booked for our fourth year in a row. We like to call it our home away from home. Rent this beauty, you will not be disappointed!

Cozy get away

This place is so cute, roomy and clean. We didn't want to leave. Everything was excellent. I couldn't get on the WiFi but that wasn't a bad thing- it was probably my bad phone. The supper club next door had the best food! The view from the porch; there are these beautiful chimneys of this 160 year old home. Little towns have great stories and friendly neighbors. Cute river walk and the sunset over the lake was nice. The beach was the only disappointing thing. Sad to see the unkept Lake Michigan beach and the water had bad brown algae. I wish the town had more things to come back for! Very close to Door Co and Algoma (winery). Highly recommend for a cozy get-away!!

Great place!

We loved our stay at the loft! Very clean and loved the decor. We loved the location. Cute little town and nice locals. We liked the little bit of sugar and oil and things that are there in case you need to use just a bit. I didnt have to buy a whole thing of sugar for just a few days. I would love to see some piece of furniture added to the master bath for somewhere to sit our bathroom items as the sink does not have the extra counter space. It is a beautiful place! If we come back to Wisconsin...we would love to stay again in Kewaunee at the loft!!

Extremely comfortable & beautiful views

Several family members & I booked this Vrbo listing to be centralized to the downtown Kewaunee area. The property was very comfortable, spacious, clean & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were unable to use the deck due to the weather, but the views were gorgeous! Host was easy to communicate with. We all agreed we would definitely book again!

We gave them a perfect score on all counts! It was our first time visiting Door County. We enjoyed returning to a wonderful apartment in a quieter location. Kewaunee has some wonderful restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and we had a great view of the lake from our deck.

Family, fishing & Fun

I brought my parents to Kewaunee to visit my mom’s brother who is in an assisted living facility and brought my 12 year old nephew along so he could fish. No luck with salmon but lots of yellow belly bullheads. The loft was perfect! My parents felt like they were at a 5 star hotel. I was really worried about the steep stairs getting up to the loft but my parents did great! We made the mistake of going to the wrong loft when we arrived as we went by the pictures instead of the address and thought it was in the same building as the Bakery Bar. Oooops! Brenda was very prompt at answering all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. We can’t wait to come back!

JUST BOOK IT!

This is the second year we have stayed in this beautiful loft. I have already made reservations for two weeks for next summer. If you love the beach, sightseeing, rock hounding, fishing, the theater, this is a place for you! The host was very accommodating, already booked our trip for next summer!

Great stay over the Fourth of July

We had an excellent four night stay. It was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. We could see some of the fireworks from the balcony. We appreciated the information on the area and really enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of stairs leading up to the rooms, but it worked well for us. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Lovely Loft!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The loft was very nice, with amenities as described. It was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, with easy parking out back. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t get the WiFi to work. Would definitely stay there again.
