”The door lock didn't work, we stayed 2 nights and they didn't fix it. It was a big hassle and had to wait for ever for someone to come open the door ever time we need to enter the room.”

During the first night on weekend this place was rather full or snowmobilist and none of them used a mask in general space (like in breakfast lounge .. even if not eating). Breakfast is horrible (last days I refused to take that even if that was included). Otherwise this hotel is right in the downtown so easy to walk to the uni and other places.”
”Excellent hotel. Breakfast is the best I have had in the USA (at least in these chain hotels). The gym is well-equipped which is a clear plus for this hotel. The rooms are confy.”
