”Lovely hotel, beautiful inside. staff were really helpful and friendly. Beautiful location. The only things that let it down, was the annexe we stayed in, could of done with a bit of updating and an iron. But other than that i would advise staying in one of the rooms inside the hotel. We had a nice relaxing stay”

”The chalet was basic, but I didn't expect anything more for the price. However, it wasn't particularly clean and the room smelled of damp. Staff were not welcoming at reception and almost assumed we knew their procedures and where everything was. The breakfast was fine - we didn't eat there in the evenings so can't comment on the standard.”

”Fabulous place, would highly recommend and visit myself again.Easy walk to get to a nice Pub for food, short drive/walk to Retail Park.Coastal drive into Weston Super Mare (5 minutes)”

”Everything was ok-ish for this grade of hotel.
The pillows were not very comfortable and the shower curtain does not work well. You end up with water all over the floor if not placed correctly.
Great location, right on the marina. Lovely bars, coffee shops, restaurants. Quaint high street.”

”Everything was fabulous, the cleanliness, the staff the food and the clientele (including dogs🐾🐾) a lovely place to stay, very tranquil and relaxing with a welcoming atmosphere. We loved it😀👌”

So we found it unsafe someone could have broken in

”We never had a view, we looked out to the back of buildings,which was ok,we dont mind too much, the mattress was shocking, really saggy at the top end on 1 side, we ended up turning the mattress, as it felt like i was sleeping on a hill.”
