Start the day with iced coffee on your screened lanai, then take a quick dip in your private pool. Inside, the home has been fully remodeled. Full new kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms with a new washer/dryer area. You’ll find lots of natural light, a split AC system that cools the entire house, and an open floor plan that combines the full kitchen and living space.
Stream the latest on any of three TVs, or use the free WiFi. Fire up the grill for an easy cookout and end the day back outside, toasting your good luck at booking such a sweet Keys escape.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock can accommodate up to a 28-foot boat. The depth of the canal at the dock is 6 feet. There are no ropes located on the dock. Also home comes with a bait freezer.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
