Home has 2 king beds, two queen beds and 5 twin beds and plenty of room for the kids, also has a washer machines on each level. Home comes fully stocked with towels and bed linens and pool towels. Everything you need to have at your finger tips when you are here. Large BBQ grill outside to cook up all your food while watching the kids in the pool. Home does not have Cabana Club membership. Plenty of room for a boat trailer on site and up to 6 cars in the driveway. Home has never been in the rental program so everything in this home is brand new!!! As of July 2024 home now allows pets, 1 dog up to 75 lbs, and two small dogs that are no more than 40lbs together. Pet fee will be added to the fees. A pet fee if $150 for each pet which is non refundable.
