Remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath on 200 foot wide canal with Cabana Club membership.

Beautifully Renovated three bedroom two bath half duplex on 7th street in Key Colony Beach. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and separate water closet along with a king size sleep number bed. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and second guest bedroom has a queen bed.. TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Great location on 200 wide deep water canal. Front of the home is across from the Key Colony golf course. Can accommodate a large (50 foot plus) boat with no problem. Private dock has 100 amp service for larger boats a cleaning station and bait freezer.. Vaca Cut provides easy access to the Gulf Of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean. Relax under the covered porch overlooking the causeway and extra wide canal. Updated unit is at ground level. Two Bicycles and two Kayaks on site for you to use if you desire. Cabana Club membership provides access to 65'X35' zero edge heated pool, private beach, and restaurant &snack bar. Walking distance to Key Colony Inn, Cabana Club, Havana Jack's, Sun Set Park and more.

The house itself is fantastic, with an outstanding location. The amenities were thoughtful and useful. We used the pier, kayaks, and bicycles. The host was responsive and helpful, even though I dropped one of the nice plates and broke it! I highly recommend this house and host!

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. My nephew really enjoyed fishing off the channel pier. Caught sharks, stingrays, and all kinds of fish. Appears to have been recently renovated and is in pristine condition. We were best pleased.

Key colony

Very updated modern 3 bedroom on a canal in the Key Colony area on Marathon KeyOwner has done a fantastic job updating everything with a sleek and non cluttered approach. We did drive to the pool and beach but that was our preference. Altho houses are close together, very well insulated from noise.Beds comfortable and owner was easy to work with. Exceptionally clean

Awesome!

The house is just as advertised, clean, up to date, and roomy. Key Colony Beach is the perfect spot for boating/fishing etc. Right off of Vaca Cut. Communication with the owner was awesome. Quick responses and lots of advice. We stay in KCB every year, and this was one of our favorites/ Additionally, we vacationed with another family who had the other duplex. So convenient. Thanks George, we are already looking at dates next year!

Perfect family vacation

Our family had such a great stay at this Key Colony Beach rental. Having access to the cabana club and the close proximity to the center of the island was so convenient. We have a three year old and she loved being walking distance to the park on that street. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Roger was very helpful and responsive anytime we reached out. Would definitely recommend this to any family looking to stay in the keys!

Girls getaway

Property is just as advertised in photo but even better in person! Cabana club access is a huge bonus and provides everything you need - hot tub, pool and beach front. Location is close to major attractions and fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend this property and plan to return next year!!

Relaxing canal house

House is very updated with extra touches, location is perfect, golf, bocce, shuffle board across the street , fishing or boating in the backyard, beach club within walking distance, we brought our own bikes but a bonus to others are that the property has 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. Easy to bike out of the Key from this location to get onto the Overseas bike trail.

Clean, modern remodel. Owner didn’t miss a thing with the remodel. Location is a big plus, within walking distance to everything. Had a great week. Would definitely consider another stay at this location.

Unit was as advertised, clean, remodeled and well stocked. Only issue was the live Utube TV was very spotty and not at all user friendly. Also, the unit patio was not at all private. Otherwise, it's one of the nicest units we've used on KCB.

Excellent host, updated house & amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was updated, clean and had almost everything we needed. This rental didn't have box fans but it does now. We bought 2 fans and left them in 2 rooms in the closets. My boys loved fishing off the dock in the backyard. Live shrimp on a 1/0 circle hook with no weights catches the fish under the dock. We were catch and release so others could also enjoy the fishing. We were a two minute drive to the main road where all the shopping and restaurants were located. The host was amazing! He was always available for any questuons and was extremely helpful in recommending places to go. I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO!
