”The houseboat itself was decent, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by several major issues.
When we arrived, we found blood stains on the pillowcases, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. Even worse, the main air conditioning was not working. It was over 90°F inside the houseboat, making it nearly impossible to stay inside comfortably.
We repeatedly tried to contact the host for assistance, but never received a response. We even contacted Expedia, and they were unable to...
