Rentoudu ja nauti -Kaunis Key Largo kaupunkiasunto

Tämä kaupunkiasunto sijaitsee Kawama Yacht Club sydämessä Key Largo. Kawama Yacht Club sijaitsee muutaman minuutin päässä John Pennekamp State Park, joka on maailmanlaajuisesti tunnettu vedenalainen scuba ja snorklausta. Upeat ravintolat ovat kävelyetäisyydellä.
Kaupunkiasunto on tyylikkäästi sisustettu kesämökki tuntuu. Se on uusia laitteita ja uusia huonekaluja. Tämä yksikkö on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, olohuone ja yksi tilava parveke laguuni. Kaupunkiasunto sijaitsee suoraan edessä tuoretta suolaisen veden laguuni ja muutaman askeleen päässä uima-allas. Tämä asettelu on hyvin perheille. Aikuiset voivat katsella lapset uida laguunissa tai hypätä pois alustojen rentoutuen parvekkeella tai olohuoneessa. Laitteeseen on ladattu kaikki mukavuudet.
Kawama Yacht Club palveluihin kuuluu paikan päällä marina (jossa veneluiska), merenranta pääsy, 24 tunnin vartiointi, venetraileri pysäköinti, makean suolavettä laguuni, lämmitetyt altaat, lasten leikkipaikka, pieni hiekkaranta ja tenniskentät. Nämä mukavuudet tekevät Kawama Yacht Club parasta vastinetta rahalle. Voit mennä veneily, snorkkeli, kajakki, paddleboard, kalastaa tai vain kiinni rusketus. Pääsy marina ramppi on ilmainen. Jos tarvitset veneen liukua meille ja voimme tehdä järjestelyjä.

Family weekend stay.

The location is great, close to plenty of restaurants and great hang outs. The townhouse is clean and roomy, although I wish it would have dark shades for the windows and sliding glass doors. The kids room was great size and beds were comfy! I wish I could say the same for the primary kind bed.

Great Spot for Kids

U it was clean and as described, perfect for family of 4. Lagoon was fun to see and feed fish, learn to snorkel. Pools were fun and other guest were friendly. Pretty quiet after 8p which was great for kids sleeping. We’d go back. Unit also includes most basic essentials including beach towels.

Great stay...should have stayed 2 nights instead of one. The outside seems sketchy; inside perfect!

The location was so close to everything...but then again it is Key Largo, lol. Would definitely stay again. We were a little nervous about the location but the neighbors were quiet and friendly. The inside is cleanly designed. Kind of hotel like but welcoming enough. Loved the lagoon and proximity of the pool. Loved our quick stay!

Great stay at Kawama

We've stayed in Kawama many times but this was our 1st experience in this particular unit. The property was wonderful. The unit was newly renovated well stocked and extremely clean and tidy. We had everything we needed to enjoy a great family vacation in style. The check in process could not have been easier. Aside from the unit itself Kawama is a great place to stay with a family and small children. It's in a perfect location and there is plenty to keep the family busy inside the compound. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

This property is gorgeous. Newly renovated with brand new everything! The property is in a great area and we were able to walk to a few restaurants. Very close to John Pennekamp State Park for those that are interested in Snorkeling or Diving. The parking is unassigned, but we never had any trouble finding a spot near the property. I would recommend this property if you are going to Key Largo!

Just a place to sleep

This condo has nothing extra that would get me to go back. The bed was comfy and that’s about it. AC didn’t work great, showers are crazy small, toilets are for toddlers, no TV’s in rooms, no cooler, no kayaks, nothing extra at all. It worked for myself and my brother but definitely not for my family.

No garbage bags, not enough towels , no laundry soap, dishwasher leaked, fridge froze things in spots and not cold in others , icemake. Not work , boat parking falsely advertised. Couldn’t bring boat into marina . Had to park off property, no parking for your car . Guard gate very rude and had no clue we were even coming , very run down needs a lot of work to rent it

The unit was central to the lagoon/beaches and 2 pools. Only minor drawback was parking, everything else was great - nice, private front porch and screened back porch. Staffed security gate 24/7 was a big plus.

Good facility, average unit

We enjoyed the facility with pools, the lagoon and ocean access. The unit was clean on arrival but in a bit of disrepair. Door handle is duct taped on, blinds are beat up and missing many slats, and the fridge freezes everything on the top two shelves. AC worked great! The washing machine wouldn't work and the owner/manager wasn't able or willing to address this. We had no sheets for the sofa bed. My kid slept on and under towels the first night. After the owner/manager was unable to help me with this, I ended up having to get into the owners cabinet with a screwdriver where there were plenty of sheets. Would recommend the Kawama yacht club but this unit needs work.

Needs serious maintenance

In short, our experience was terrible. While the decor at this property is lovely, the owners need to spend some time on basic maintenance before listing it for rent. The front doorknob was held on with duct tape. Pieces of the kitchen counter tile trim are coming off. The upstairs shower was leaking constantly, with the shower head being left off its hook and upside down, we suspect that someone already knew about this problem prior to our arrival. We notified the owner and he replied thanking us for letting him know. A huge cockroach greeted us from the kitchen sink as we arrived. And, finally, as soon as someone showered upstairs, water came pouring through the downstairs bathroom ceiling. We immediately contacted the owner, checked out a day early and never had a single response from him. I spent my Mother’s Day packing up a day early to get us out of this disaster of a rental. After an hour on the phone with Vrbo that evening to request a refund of the night we did not use, they confirmed that the ceiling leak qualified as a “health and safety issue” but the most they would offer us was a night at a hotel (which we had already booked and paid for ourselves, so that was not an option). Vrbo health and safety department has yet to contact us, as promised. The whole experience has made me seriously question whether we will ever use Vrbo again. But with regard to this property, look elsewhere.
