- Door & Window Sensors Installed - No Tampering is allowed!
- DO NOT leave doors/windows open when A/C is running, A/C WILL STOP! We often have record high temps in high 9Os up to well over 100 degrees real feel temperature & in heat advisory conditions.
- When a window or door is left open, A/C WILL AUTOMATICALLY STOP! Once door/ window is closed, A/C will resume.
- In understanding how an A/C unit cools, designed to cool 20 degrees below outside temps. If put too low, it will cause significant damage with overheating pumps, freezing the A/C unit or damage to the condenser and/or needing repairs or even complete replacement of the A/C unit.
- Guest/s are responsible for any & all damages/repairs as result of abuse/misuse.
- A/C unit is maintained & is verified functioning & cooling, immediately prior to your check in.
- If A/C is damaged due to guest abuse/misuse & guest has to leave there will be no refunds or cancellations including no refund (whole or part) on any stay nor to any unused nights.
