”This place was perfect for our little one night get away. The room was spacious and super clean. The pool was perfect for after a long day at the beach. I would 1000% stay here again. Super close walk to the snook inn for dinner and a close drive for some ice cream after. The location was beautiful and right on the water as well.”

”I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay.”

”Be warned if you check in after 10 they have a phone number that’s not listed to call the front desk staff. I had to call their corporate call center and have them call and even they couldn’t get ahold of them. I finally got in with another guest who had a key. Very rude staff.”

”Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about”

”Parking lot was full of construction vehicles night 1 and the mattress was lower quality than I expected. But otherwise a great experience.”

”Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! ”
