Guests canceling more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date may choose a refund or rain check in lieu of a refund. Guests that wish to cancel within 60 days of their scheduled arrival date are given a rain check. Rain check's are redeemable one full calendar year from date of the scheduled charter. Due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, mechanical issues, etc.); We will issue a raincheck. If these unforeseen circumstances cause there to be a modification to your scheduled charter time/day during your stay, you are still required to go on the charter or take a rain check.
