  • PRESTIGIOUS TROPICAL RETREAT ...
    Hemmottele tässä upeassa kaksikerroksisessa talossa, joka sijaitsee historiallisen Trumanin liitteen johtavalla alueella. Pysy auringon suutelemana unelmana heti kun pääset tähän viehättävään yhteisöön, jota ympäröivät huojuvat palmuja, jotka kutsuvat sinut syöttämään saaren lomamökin, joka on syrjäillä hiljaisella kaistalla. Yhteensä 4 vuodepaikkaa ja 4 kylpyhuonetta, tämä koti sopii erinomaisesti perhejuhliin tai pariskunnille matkustaville. Puulattiat, korkeat katot ja tuuletettu kattotuuletin kussakin huoneessa pitää sinut viileänä ja virkistyneenä kesytönä kesäpäivänä. Käännä suosikkiperheesi ateriat yhdessä gourmet-keittiössä, jossa on upea graniittitaso, mukautettu kotelo, päivitetty ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja ruokailutila 6 hengelle. Tämä koti sijaitsee SAPODILLA-talon vieressä ja voi molemmat vuokrata yhdessä - kysy lisätietoja. 

    SLEEPING RATKAISUT ...
    Alakerran vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi ja oma terassialue aivan huoneen vieressä. Yläkerrassa on king-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on toivottava kynsi-amme ja kävellä lasisuihkussa. Vieressä makuuhuoneessa on suljettu, ilmastoitu Florida huone, jossa kodikas istuimet, joka sitten johtaa ulos ulkona ulkona, katettu parveke, joka uskomattomat näkymät vehreän ajankohtaisen allasalue. Portaat sali on toinen vierashuone, jossa on queen-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä ja oma katettu parveke. Värikäs, röyhelöillä kaakeloitu uima-altaan mökki on varustettu queen-size-vuoteella ja kylpyhuoneella, jossa on kylpyamme, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio ja runsaasti kaappitilaa.

    ULKOILMAELÄMÄÄ...
    Jäähdytä aistejasi ja sammuta saaresi himo tällä upealla ulkotilalla, joka tarjoaa poikkeuksellisen uima-altaan loungingin lenkki-altaan vieressä. Hyödynnä ylimääräistä ulkona ruokailutilaa, jotta voit nauttia päivän tuoreesta saalista illalla, jonka jälkeen uinti tähtien alla.  Tämän yhteisön viehättävät polut ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä kaikista saaren tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä. Fabulous family vacation. The beach house was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean and cozy. We enjoyed spending the majority of our time outdoors in the pool and relaxing on the porch. Easy and fast communication with the host. The beach house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. The concierge assisted in planning many water sport activities and delivered provisions to the home upon our arrival. Highly recommend and will return for a future stay!

Wonderful house and location!

We loved this house! The layout is perfect for a family, particularly if adults want to hang while supervising kids in the pool. The kids swam all week while the adults enjoyed the wide porch and awesome porch hammock! The location is absolutely perfect - walk or ride to Duval, Truman Waterfront Park, our favorite restaurant Blue Heaven, and all the waterfront adventures! We hope to stay here again!

Perfect Truman Annex Getaway for Families

My husband and I stayed for a week with our twin 7-year old, my in laws, and their teenage special-needs daughter. The property manager was responsive and accommodating, and the house was super clean upon arrival. The pool was a big highlight, and our kids swam with their grandparents in it multiple times a day. Everybody had enough room, and it was nice to have a somewhat separate living space for two adults in the pool house. The location truly can’t be beat, with everything either a walk or quick bike ride away. This was our fourth family trip to Key West (and our fourth time in the Truman Annex) and this place was a true gem among all the other properties we’ve rented.

Excellent location!

There were 8 adults in our group and this property was the perfect setup. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our porch and pool time so much! It was our first time to Key West and the proximity to everything was even better than we had hoped! The property manager responded immediately the few times that we had questions. Beautiful home and area. 5 stars!times that we had questions. Five stars!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would rent this house again for the pool alone! Great location too, convenient to everything. You won’t need a car here! The house needs work, it is comfortable, and spacious with lots of great outdoor space but it is very dated. Kitchen appliances are on their last legs and in fact the refrigerator had to be replaced while we were there. The entire house needs to be painted, the front porch is a great, covered space but it is splintered with lots of paint chipped. Porch furniture is just ok, needs cleaning. Bathroom tiles are chipped and cracked and toilets need to be updated. Rugs in the house are all fraying and need to be replaced, beds are great though! Kitchen equipment was very low quality, cheap pots and pans with chipped and peeling teflon frying pans is not great in a rental of this caliber. House manager was extremely helpful and very professional. The pool is huge and warm. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. We would come back to this house but hope the owners will do some touch ups and maintenance. It could be a premiere property with a little investment.

Near perfect but not

The proximity to duval street is both a blessing and a curse. Within 2+ blocks you are in the middle of everything but being so close the night time music from the clubs is in your house till past 11. In addition due to closeness of your neighbors their parties and the noise become yours as well. Otherwise have a relaxing stay.

The best of multiple KW trips

Dan, property manager, is the hardest working and most attentive manager that we EVER had the pleasure of working with in KW. Dan answered our questions about gate entry, tv access, getting cutting board and a knife block. Dan also got my overnight mail and did everything with a smile and promptly. 5 stars would be an insult to Dan.The property concierge arranged a trip to Cuba for five of us and scheduled a private boat trip around KW with an extremely knowledgeable captain, that I would highly recommend. The captain recommended a nature garden at Higgs Beach that we had NEVER discovered. We went and it was a trip highlight. We will go again in January and take a picnic lunch with wine which is allowed!

Beach House in Truman Comple Key West

Overall found the property desirable; however, there were a number of minor issues. The pool was amazing; however, I needed to clean it everyday before using it as the pool is open and there was a daily deluge of vegetable matter. This is a luxury listing so we were disappointed by the scanty supply of institutionally thin and tiny personal items and TP. Expected top notch products in a luxury listing. The location is the best possible. We could walk everywhere that anyone wanted to go in Key West. The pool deck is hazardous and needs repair. There are other minor repairs that are needed. A week of intense focus would make this property outstanding. I would gladly stay there again, despite these minor concerns.

Location, location, location!

This beautiful property is as advertised. The house itself is spacious, very well maintained and very well equipped. The pool is larger than it appears and a refreshing place to relax with the family. While the home is wonderful, the location is perfect for Key West visitors. I have made several trips and walked all over Key West from different locations. This home is five minutes walk from Duval St. and 15 minute walk to the beach or the docks. You will not find a better home base for your vacation. Lastly, Brian the property manager is courteous, knowledgeable, and ultimately focused on you having an issue free stay. Brian is a great representative for the team. I cannot recommend this property any stronger than I have, you will be rewarded if you choose to trust your vacation to this property. Thank you again for a wonderful week.

Thanksgiving Week Stay

Our experience in this home and with the property manager were absolutely top-notch. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and they did everything they could to meet all of our needs/wants. The house was spotless on arrival and very welcoming. The home itself was incredibly spacious and very well appointed. The main porch is huge, shaded, and very comfortable. The pool is heated and we spent a TON of time in it. When some folks were out of the pool, it was easy to carry on the conversation from pool to patio. The kitchen had everything we needed - plentiful cooking and eating utensils, lots of cookware (all in great condition), all neatly organized and easy to find. The location was perfect as well - walking distance to nearly everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, if you're looking for a large, comfortable space with a pool in a convenient location, this is the house you've been looking for.

Key West Vacation at the Beach House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was fantastic and we enjoyed every minute and will be coming back.
