Heiluttavat kämmenet ja viehättävä valkoinen pikku-aita hahmottavat tämän trooppisen retriitin, joka houkuttelee sinut pakoon todellisuudesta. Lyömätön sijainti ja kaikki halutut mukavuudet, tämä koti sopii erinomaisesti saaren määränpäähän.

YKSITYISKOHTAISET TIEDOT JA TARVIKKEET…
Nauti alemman tason avoimesta pohjapiirrosta, jossa on täysin varustettu keittiö, joka esittelee ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita ja kätevän baarikannen, jossa on kaksi istuinta. Sisätiloissa oleva ruokapöytä 4: lle mahdollistaa perheen ateriat yhdessä nauttimalla tuoreen päivän saaliin! Edessä olevat askelet ovat oleskelualue päiväpäivän lounging- ja kortti-iltaisin. Ensimmäisen tason kaakelilattiat ja luonnollinen valaistus tämän tuoreen tilan ympärillä luovat trooppisen tunnelman saaren vetäytymiselle.

TAPAHTUMAT
Matka ylös portaikkoon löytääksesi kaksi vierashuonetta. Master-king-sviitissä on tv, oma kylpyhuone, täysin varustettu kylpyhuone suihkulla ja viereinen toimistotila, jossa on kirjoituspöytä, etätyöntekijöille. Vaiheet alas käytävällä on toinen kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Kylpyhuoneen jälkeen on toinen vierashuone, jossa queen-vuode, tv ja ranskalaiset ovet, jotka avautuvat parvekkeelle, johon mahtuu 2 henkeä ja josta on näköala rehevään, trooppiseen yhteisöön. Yläkerrassa on vuodesohva nukkumassa, ja lähistöllä on kätevä jauhehuone.

ULKOILMAELÄMÄÄ…
Yksityinen ja katettu ulkotila, jossa ruokailutila 6 hengelle ja sähkögrilli tekevät nautinnollisesta ateriapäivästä yhdessä nauttien illan saaren tuulen. Kätevä sivuportti takapihalle tekee usein pyöräilyn ympäri kaupunkia. Tämä koti on askeleen päässä yhteisön uima-altaasta ja lyhyen matkan päässä kaikista saaren tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä, joihin kuuluu Ft. Zacharyn valtionpuisto ja Trumanin pieni valkoinen talo. Paikan päällä on myös 1 autopaikka.

Key West Fun

The condo was accurately represented. Plenty of room for 2 couples. It had updated appliances and was very clean and maintained. The location was perfect just 2 blocks away from Duval and all the Key West activities. Far enough away from all the noise but close enough to walk to everything. The only opportunity that took away from the stay was that there was roofing construction going on in several buildings including the condo next store. The noise from the nailing and compressors running kept us from being able to enjoy the outside covered deck as well as any chance of a peaceful siesta during the day. The construction crew also stored their equipment and supplies right behind our outdoor deck area which was a bit messy and disruptive. If I would have known this was going on at the time of my stay, I would have looked elsewhere.

Lovely stay at Blue Bungalow

Property was ready on time and very clean on arrival. One small inconvenience is that the parking space for this property is about a block away walking distance not a dealbreaker just an FYI two bedrooms are very attractive, spacious enough and very bright.. Bathrooms are a bit small but quite adequate. All fixtures were in excellent shape. Air conditioning systems work very well as did the ceiling fans. Two pair of double doors open to the deck, and there are four windows along one side and one small window in the pantry that can also be open for cross ventilation if you choose not to use air conditioning. Same situation upstairs. Deck in the queen bedroom is quiet and space is enough for two to be comfortable. Reading room in the king bed room is a nice touch as well very brightly lit with a supply of reading material in the library. Kitchen is adequately stocked with cutlery and utensils. Small wears pots and pans, etc. A small basket of various spices, salt, grinder, pepper, etc. where there as well. All appliances in the kitchen work very well including the garbage disposal. TVs in all areas were easy to use either with cable TV or streaming services. Bedrooms have smaller tvs but adequate for the space. WiFi works well. This unit is in a nice location, easy proximity to blue heaven, green parrot, Hemmingway House,Duval Street all a short walk away. Easy walk to Mallory Square via Emma Street less lively than Duvall and a lot of beautiful houses

Beautiful property, excellent location

Key West is very walkable and the Blue Bungalow is a great place to start - Truman Waterfront Park and Zachary Taylor State Park in one direction, The Green Parrot and Duval Street in the other. Whitney was a great host - very responsive. Well furnished property. Cleanliness was outstanding. Just a wonderful place to experience paradise!

Great Location

Our family of four adults, one teen thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed, aesthetically pleasing condo located in a quiet neighborhood. We did not need a vehicle during our one week stay as Duval Street and Mallory Square were within a short walking distance. Five stars all around!

The neighborhood was nice and close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Annex park is close by with walking and jogging areas at the park. The staff was knowledgeable and quick to respond with questions or issues. The parking spot for the condo was not convenient and the bathrooms were small and the beds were not comfortable.

Great Location

Location was fantastic. Easy walk to all of Old Town Key West. The car stayed parked all but one day. Cozy townhome for 4. Service with the property management company was great—easy and accommodating.

Family Fun

Property was very clean and was as presented. Good location and property manager was very helpful. The only complaint from the family was the furniture situation. Couch was the only comfortable seating for watching tv. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Fabulous!!

We have vacationed in Key West multiple times over the years and this condo was by far our favorite place! You truly can’t beat the location and the beauty of the Truman Annex. Within walking distance to a small family owned grocery store with fresh produce, a great selection of fresh seafood, all the essentials, wine, beer etc. Also within walking distance of Duval Street, Bahama Village, Truman Waterfront, and so much more. The pool was very well kept, clean and welcoming for relaxing and soaking up the sun. It is a private community so we didn’t expect a huge resort style pool with lots of seating, so we found it to be perfect! The condo itself is very clean bright and welcoming. Kitchen stocked with everything you might need in perfect condition. We cooked in 3 nights and enjoyed grilling fresh seafood and dining and cocktails on the private back patio surrounded by palm trees and a wonderful breeze. The upstairs deck off the second bedroom was our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee. A small detail but, everything in the house is labeled, including kitchen cabinets, bathrooms etc, even the light switches, so you never have to guess where things are or what they turn on. Beds are comfortable. Could use a few more or different kinds of bed pillows. Full bathrooms upstairs are small but functional, clean, and have everything you need. Tons of closet space and the sitting room to the side of the master bedroom is bright and airy and great bonus room. Check in was a breeze. This condo is tucked back and private which we loved but finding it from where the parking space is was a bit of a challenge. I would include a little map even a hand drawn diagram with “you are here” at the parking spot in the welcome letter so that tenants can more easily find their way to the condo when they first arrive. Complementary concierge service was wonderful and the property manger was responsive and very kind. All in all we highly recommend this condo to friends and family and hope to return each year! Thank you for the perfect way to start our New Year!

Holidays in Key West

We had an amazing time! Our townhome was beautiful, clean and spacious for a family of 5 adults. Location was perfect too! We spent many days at the Fort Zachary Beach and walked everywhere. So convenient to all areas of Key West which was perfect!

Conveniently located Condo!

We arrived right around check in on 10/9 and used the lockbox code and got in.. the condo is very clean and well equipped.... The kitchen has just about any gadget you would need. We didn't cook but we could have and appreciate the full size fridge. A few things that can't be helped but were a bit small. The shower in the master and the toilet area. Not sure how the owners came to conclude that the pool should be closed at dusk instead of maybe 9 was no bueño, but not a dealbreaker for a future trip. Also the cleaning crew showed up about 40 minutes before checkout.... a bit strange.

Perfect location

Lovely condo. Bedrooms were large but bathrooms are tiny. No big deal. Nice kitchen that was well appointed. Living area furniture could use an update with more comfortable sofa and chairs. Nice pool. Perfect location 2 blocks from Duval St.
