Rauhallinen saari, joka asuu vain viidentoista minuutin päässä Key Westin keskustasta. Pysy sisään ja nauti henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä turmeltumattomalle lahdelle ja korallitelineelle uima-altaalle, jossa on vesiputous, tai käydä lyhyen matkan päässä ja kokea ainutlaatuisen Key Westin saarta. Täysin uusittu kaksikerroksinen, viisi makuuhuoneen ja neljän kylpyhuoneen koti. Jokaisella tasolla on oma sisäänkäynti, olohuone ja ruokailutila sekä täydellinen keittiö. Toisen tason olohuoneessa on 30 metriä lattiasta kattoon ulottuva lasiovi, joka taittuu täysin auki ja yhdistyy valtavaan ulkotilaan. 75 televisiossa ja paljon muuta. Täydellinen ulkouima-allas Bar / keittiö ammatillisen luokan Weber³ grilli, olut kegerator, viini jääkaappi, pesuallas ja graniittiset työtasot. Hyödynnä matkasi hyödyntämällä kiinteistön yksityistä veneluiskaa ja 35-jalka-telakkaa.

We stayed for an entire month and were not ready to leave when it was over. So many things to love; location, privacy, security, proximity to Key West (close, but not too close) and plenty of space for the whole family. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaks, fishing off the dock, and walking to Baby’s Coffee most mornings. There are so many distinct areas of the property; the tiki hut, the pool, the deck, the dock, and we enjoyed every space. Communication with Cristian was fantastic, both prior to and throughout the trip. Information about the house was complete, everything well marked, and he responded nearly immediately when we reached out. He even contacted us proactively when the power went out briefly to several Keys. We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of our favorites. We are already discussing dates for our next visit. Thanks Cristian.

Perfect is not enough to describe this home!

I had been looking for a home in the keys to host our family and friends for our wedding anniversary, and also for my husband to invite several of his senior business partners and their families to join us for a retreat. I am glad we came across this property; it met all our needs and some! All our guests were very impressed with the home, amenities, and the location! We hosted a wonderful week-long celebration with family. The view is amazing, with multiple sitting areas, where we enjoyed the sunrise and peaceful, quiet evenings. The upstairs patio was one of my favorite spots for my morning coffee enjoying the breeze. Another perfect spot for reading in the shade, or just listening to the waves is the tiki hut. We found ourselves spending allot of time at home as we were a larger group. This home’s resort feeling grabs you, no need to go anywhere else since we also used Instacart for shopping. The kids loved the pool, and the adults found themselves in the jacuzzi almost every evening. After our family departed, Cristian arranged for the cleaning crew to get the home ready to host my husband’s business partners and their spouses. The home lay-out worked perfect for our group. It enabled us to have privacy; both upstairs and downstairs have full-kitchens and dining areas. The outdoor is very large and we were able to spend several evenings together, grilling at the pool. For the price point, it worked out great compared to booking several hotel rooms where we would not have had the opportunity to spend time together as a group. We have been renting in Key West for many years, but this was by far our best choice. The home is located on the Atlantic side which brought a great breeze every day eliminating mosquitos. Both the home and outdoor area were very clean and well-maintained. Kitchens are fully stocked with everything you can think of. The host, Cristian, was very responsive both before and during our stay. He answered all our questions so we can get ready for the trip and recommended several places for activities, boating, fishing, and great restaurants. He even arranged a private chef for us, to cook an amazing meal for our family at home after a fishing trip where we caught mahi mahi’s and wahoo. We felt very comfortable after talking to Cristian about the property. We found it is even better than he described it, and we had an incredible experience. We already booked for next year’s trip!

Paradise really exists!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. My husband and I were able to work, and we had our adult children and their families visiting us throughout. The home is great for multi families, it has a fully stocked kitchen upstairs and one downstairs, and an outdoor kitchen. The house is very well equipped with anything you might need for a longer stay. It is very clean and well maintained. We have requested additional weekly cleaning during our stay. The cleaning crew, pool guy and landscaping team were very respectful and discreet as they did their maintenance. Aesthetics and functionality as well as quality of household items and furniture are important to us, and we realized this has it all. We felt just like home. The property is fully gated around, which made it easy for Jace, our 5-year-old poodle, to feel right at home and accommodate very fast. It is conveniently located within walking distance of a park and a coffee shop. We would walk over to Baby’s coffee each morning to get our coffee after watching spectacular sunrises from the backyard. There are several indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, where our large family was able to stay together but also break out in smaller groups. We used both the 2 indoor and the 2 outdoor dining areas, and the additional tiki hut where we spent most evenings enjoying the ocean breeze. The landscaping is very unique and well taken care of, giving a tropical vibe to the outdoors. We also enjoyed picking tropical fruits, the mangos were in season, we had them every day. If fishing is your thing, this is the place to stay! My husband and grandkids were fishing off the dock every day and even caught a few grouper, which made delicious tacos. We were only about 15 min from Key West, so it was easy to go out and explore the town. The neighborhood is quiet, so we enjoyed peaceful evenings at home on the back patio and pool . There are multiple seating areas outdoors with lounge chaises. Pool is shaded in the afternoon, so we were able to enjoy beautiful evenings in the large, tropical backyard. Our kids loved kayaking around the island and exploring the area on water. The main attraction was a sandbar located across the water, only minutes away by kayak or paddleboard. We regretted not renting a boat sooner as we had a great week of boating from the house to both Atlantic and gulf side. The host, Cristian, was very responsive and answered all our questions. We will definitely return!

We were a group of four couples, looking for a spacious house and property to get away from winter weather. Cristian, was very responsive, and takes great pride in a beautiful place. The pictures he has posted reflect its beauty accurately. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Great location...enjoy!

Picture Perfect

We rented this property for the month of December and found it was the perfect solution accommodating work, school, and sports schedules of our children and grandchildren. The location was perfect for us as we would not have enjoyed being in the chaos of downtown Key West daily, but were a 15 minute drive away from Duval St. and enjoyed time there whenever we wanted. For us, it's all about the view and it doesn't get better than here. The entire property is gorgeous with so many special spots to enjoy. We chose to have our family photo shoot there instead of going into Key West as our photographer recommended. Once she saw the property, she agreed, it made the perfect backdrop! The upstairs worked out well for just the 2 of us, but truly enjoyed having the 4 extra bedrooms and 3 baths when the other 9 joined us. The interior is just as the pictures show, both kitchens are well stocked, with plenty of seating indoors and out. There was plenty to keep all ages (15-74) occupied..... enjoying the pool, fishing off the dock, kayaking, or just lounging under the tiki hut. The outdoor kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook up a fabulous meal at home. Don't want to cook? We found several great restaurants while there......The Square Grouper, Hogfish Bar and Grill, Hurricane Hole, Blue Heaven, Waterfront Brewery, El Siboney, and Cafe Sole are just a few. And don't miss the pastries at Old Town Bakery! You're an easy walk away from a great cup of coffee at Baby's and don't hesitate ordering sandwiches from The Market. Cannot say enough good things about Chris as he was the perfect host, responding immediately from the time we signed the contract and all during our stay. We were sad to leave, but hope to be able to return. Don't hesitate! Rent this piece of paradise! You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely Gorgeous!

Our family of eleven thought the property was well-planned, beautifully decorated and conveniently located close to wonderful shopping and restaurants. Kayaks were fun and fishing off the pier was entertaining. The pool area had plenty of seating, pool toys and lots of beach towels. The outside grill and bar area is perfect for afternoon cocktails. Both upstairs and downstairs kitchens were well appointed. Downstairs is a completely separate space which includes its own kitchen, dining, den with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This made traveling with different generations of our family easy since some of the kids were early risers. There is a park with volleyball, tennis and basketball courts as well as playground equipment, within walking distance. You can also walk to a wonderful coffee house. The owner, Chris, was very responsive to all our emails and requests and was a delight to work with, giving area suggestions and helpful advice to help make our stay more enjoyable. We were even able to ship a few packages ahead of time which were held the in the garage for our arrival. We would certainly return!!

BEST VACATION EVER

The property is absolutely perfect for a getaway or a multi-family vacation. Cristian was extremely helpful and able to answer all our questions and made sure we were settled and comfortable. This home's expansive upper level deck is a wonderful place to enjoy breathtaking views while dining or snuggling up on the couch with a good book. The home is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. We spent most of our time fishing from the dock and also enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding Lower Sugarloaf Sound. One of our best vacations in Sugarloaf Key. We'll definitely be back.

Great view

The photographs are accurate. The view really is that beautiful. The outdoor kitchen is terrific, and we enjoyed using it. I didn’t think we would take advantage of opening the glass folding doors all the way because of bugs. But after we were there a few hours, we realized there were no bugs. What a wonderful transformation the open doors made! The owner made every effort to make sure we were happy and to accommodate our needs. He was very pleasant to work with. He really thought about the quantities and placement of the outdoor furniture to be sure it could be enjoyed, whether it was windy, hot, or cold. The pool guy, yard guy, and cleaning crew all did a terrific job while we were there and were very pleasant. I love that there are numerous banana trees and a starfruit tree in the front yard. The layout of the house is unusual, in that there is no interior staircase from the first floor to the second floor - there is only an external staircase. Also, you need to go into the garage to use the washer and dryer. But that was a minor inconvenience considering how much we enjoyed our stay. The house is close enough to Key West without being in the chaos of Key West. And having a restaurant, sub shop, and a coffee shop that is a local legend a couple of blocks away is great. We really enjoyed our visit and will consider returning.

Beautiful home, beautiful view, perfect vacation!

Our family of 9 had an amazing time at Cristo's home! The home was separated into two fully equipped suites so that our two families could have their own space when they needed. The rooms were all sparkling clean and new. We spent a month fishing off the dock, kayaking along the shore exploring all the little islands around. The pool was perfect for our group and so nice at night with the lights and waterfall. We especially loved the big deck upstairs where we had all of our meals together, gorgeous view! The bedrooms have super comfy beds and lots of towels for the pool and ocean swims. The home is 15 minutes to Key West when we wanted to head to town so really close. There is a sweet coffee shop a walk away where they roast their own coffee..the best! Cristo was prompt to help in every situation. A lovely experience for all of us. Don't hesitate to rent this home, it is worth every penny!
