It was easy to get in and out of as I am disabled. I find it difficult to get around in and out of pool grounds sometimes. And this place was very handicap accessible. My only question to the entirety of Key West, what's with the chickens? (LOL!!)”

”We had a very nice stay at the Parrot Key Hotel & Villas. The beds were very comfy, the villa is pretty in general and the swimming pools are very nice too. However, the 50 dollars additional fee per each day is not a very nice extra cost to pay and the valet parking price is a bit too expensive as well (30 dollars a day + tip to parking crew). Especially the use of pool should be included to the hotelroom price automatically.”

”Ok stay. Shuttle was good. Staff were helpful. Resort seemed tired. Drains in sink and shower drained exceptionally slow. At check in were told two soft drinks a day, chair, cooler, umbrella hire and shuttle all included in booking. Sign on the wall said could purchase this stuff cor for $24.95 with wifi included. Didn’t get wifi and they didn’t say the resort fee was charged on top of booking price. Just got an email saying I was charged. I don’t mind paying a resort fee if they’re upfront...
