”Nice staff”

”Excellent hotel stay at Anchor In. Upon arrival, the front desk team was very kind in making recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and gave us a wonderful room with a view of the waterfront. Parking was easy, and the property was clean. Once in the room, it had all of the features expected, in room coffee, fridge, safe, plenty of shampoo, soap, etc. The TV had so many channels that it was challenging to keep track of all the options. The Wi-Fi connection worked well...

”I’ll start by saying the inn keeper was very nice and helpful (we requested to move rooms as the one we’d been assigned was not acceptable), but having said that… this property has so much potential but at its current condition is sub-par. The outdoor area has rusty chairs, overgrown weeds, animal droppings on the stairs to the rooftop patio, and is in dire need of an overhaul. ”Great location to the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, as well as to Main Street with many eateries and bars. Hotel was good. Some issues with the room(toilet, bed too close to wall, noise from The Break restaurant). Ask for different room if not satisfied. Parking fees include in rates which was nice.”

”Fist time in Cape Cod and staying at this hotel was a good Choice. It was central to getting around. Staff was nice and hot breakfast every morning was great. Only drawback was the construction on the second floor and one of the elevators kept holding people hostage that it was finally taken out of commission- which left only one elevator. ”Please please don’t stay here. The service right away was terrible at the front desk. I arrived was greeted rudely by the staff. I tried to keep it positive. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. I walked in and the room reeked of mildew and I noticed mold in the room. I told the cleaning lady and she said she didn’t notice it. I came...
