Skiing in Colorado

Great place, great host. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure we had a good stay. Close proximity skiing and a beautiful neighborhood. Also nice to have so many rooms with bathrooms in them.

Property Management Could have been better

The house itself was nice, however the property management maintenance of the house was not good. The stove was not operating, so they had a huge counter top unit that they installed, which didn’t work very well. The carbon monoxide alarm was going off, which affected the alarm system. The refrigerator didn’t work, so they brought in 2 very small refrigerators, which neither worked very well. We were not able to make ice the entire weekend. The dishwasher didn’t work, it melted a piece inside and smelled terrible. We had techs in multiple times, which was disruptive. They had not cleaned up the deck or patio furniture and lots of trash around the outside of the house. We asked for compensation, which was not compensatory to the amount of inconvenience and it took over 30 days to receive. Their customer service in resolving the matter was more in line with “take it or leave it”. We were not impressed considering what we paid for the house.

Easy going stay

The house was nice and accommodating for our family gathering. The best feature was the bathrooms in each room. Management company was very helpful and quick to communicate. The house was very clean in all of the important spaces (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms). However, the house needs a deep clean inside and outside as well. The first day a few family members walked around without socks on, and their feet turned completely black from the tile floor. And the carpet needs a deep clean. The exterior yard and back yard have a lot of small debris, that look like it’s been there under snow piles. But there were also bigger pieces of trash in the river bed and around the house.this made it uncomfortable when we wanted to walk around with the kids. Ultimately we had an easy going stay with family in the mountains. That’s what we hoped for.

Christmas Getaway

We had been wanting to make a trip up to the mountains for a Christmas trip with friends for years. We finally did this year and this property was absolutely perfect. Was exactly what we envisioned. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Loved that we were able to all sit around the table and play games with the fire in the background as we looked out on the snow falling. Will definitely be back to this property next year!

Wedding Weekend

Had 10 people in the house for a wedding at Keystone Ranch. Property is nice, but cold water wasn't available in a bedroom sink upstairs (part ordered per repair person) and the heat registers make a noise @ every 10 seconds in upstairs bedrooms that make sleep difficult.

Our stay here was amazing! The home was absolutely beautiful and surprisingly quiet in early June. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed, the humidifiers were a hot item for our group. Check in and check out we’re simple and basic which made arriving and departing a non hassle. We would love to visit again in the future!

Beautiful High Quality home

We love this home! It was beautiful, high-quality finishes, and very comfortable! Great beds! Everything worked well. All the guys loved the sauna! The only disappointment was that the fireplace still does not work. According to reviews they have been “ working on it.” For more than a couple months now. I would think that would be a priority. A fire would’ve just made it. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with lots of amenities. We were able to have private space along with a large gathering area and a large deck. Perfect for us who like to cook a few dinners on the grill.

Family Ski Trip

Great property for our family gathering/ski trip. Excellent great room, kitchen and family dining setup. Functional ski storage area upon entry via mudroom. 2 issues: garage still had trash from previous guests upon arrival to house. The location has a 10 min drive down the mountain to access US 6 when going to ski resorts, lessons , etc. Be mindful of this factor and allow adequate time. Our family really enjoyed our time at this vacation home.

Perfect Home-base

The property itself is beautiful, and the home did not disappoint! Plenty of space to recharge, yet cozy enough to gather. Great place for a large group, a home-base for a ski trip, or for morning greetings from wild moose. Management communicated clearly and responded promptly to every request. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Cozy place for cold weather

Really enjoyed this place. My only feedback and this would be a personal thing, would be having a griddle to heat up tortillas or make pancakes :) If there was one then I did not find it :( but overall great place.

Stay near Keystone

As reviewers have mentioned this house is a bit tired; some carpets need updating, kitchen cabinets weren’t in great shape, a couple bath towel racks were broken, and the coffee maker needs an upgrade. We had the unpleasant experience of a few encounters with mice, particularly the last night of our stay when some of our girls found a dead and rotting corpse under their bed along with droppings. When they moved to a different bedroom, they woke up to a live mouse stuck to a trap. We brought the issue to the management company, but they denied it happened even though I texted them a photo of the live mouse. They went on to say the “house backs up to a National Forest…so wildlife is plentiful and will often find a way into the homes.” I’ve rented 12 different ski homes all over the country and never experienced this. The driveway wasn’t properly cleared either, supposedly because plow companies were running behind. Final item of note was one of our group left behind a bag in a ski cubby and magically it wasn’t there when we notified the management company. Anyway, management wasn’t very sympathetic or helpful. Perhaps results would be better renting directly from an owner and not an agency.

Christmas Vacation for Family of 13

Our #1 goal was to find a place close to Keystone, where our entire family would be under one roof. This house filled that goal! Beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of towels. We appreciated the mud room where ski boots could be stored on rubber mats! Of course there were some issues , but the staff handled them as quickly as possible. Internet connectivity was insufficient for anyone who is trying to work online. Other minor things need repair, but did not affect our stay.

Great House

We were there for our summit for the nonprofit. We were there to plan the year. We had so much space plenty of room and bathrooms for all of us. The house was clean and there was a sauna in the house which was a plus.

63 Forget Me Not Lane Dillon

Our group enjoyed a four day stay at the end of September 2021. The house is well maintained and completely equipped with kitchen cooking items, utensils, and dishes. Other than what is in the series of pictures of the house, there are mountain bikes in the side shed, and firewood in a covered bin on the south side of the house. The house is partly powered by solar panels, just as a note. Fast WiFi connectivity was a surprise benefit. There is enough room in the driveway for 3 cars and parking for 1 car in the garage; the public parking possibly available at the golf club is too far down the mountainside for convenience. The management company operated seamlessly and the house was impeccably clean.
