It was ok.

It's too bad these management companies/owners have no desire to inspect their units BEFORE guests arrive. There were multiple issues with this unit, some were fixed after reported, some were too far gone to fix expediently. - The garbage disposal was broken. - There were no screens on the second bedroom windows... in the summer with no AC having windows open is a necessity. Our son was eaten alive by mosquitos. - The drain plug on the master shower was completely broken. - There is no regular oven in this unit. Only a small electric stove and a convection microwave.

Pleasant unit in River Run

Very pleasant unit in River Run. Nice square footage where the four of us didn't feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. Very little noise from adjacent units. Only issue was construction going on blocking the porch view, but that is not the fault of the property managers for this unit. Would definitely book again if we were in the area.

A Mighty Fine Place

Perfect size four our 4-person ski group. GREAT location with an outstanding view. The well equipped kitchen made meals easy. We will stay here next time, if it's available.

Spacious, clean, great location

One of our favorite units we've stayed at in Keystone! Everything was clean and you could tell they had done some nice updating. We had plenty of space and the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed...even had extra towels and blankets for the beds. Easy walk to the main gondola. Quiet at night. Summit gave lots of info and made the whole process super easy. Definitely would stay here again!

Almost perfect

We loved this condo and would book again, my only two complaints is the door to the patio wouldn’t open which is a reason we booked it we like to sit outside and watch skiers come down the mountain. Also the carpet is dirty and needs a deep clean.

Absolutely gorgeous view from our private balcony! Place was clean and organized, Location was perfect! So many shops and restaurants downstairs…all walking distance. LOVED THIS STAY!

Great stay

The location was great. Communication with the property manager was great. Didn’t love having to get keys from a different location but it was easy enough. There were extra chairs stacked in the entryway when we arrived, but it didn’t bother us. Called and told them about it. They offered to have someone come get them but we figured that would be harder than just moving them out of the way. Amenities were great and beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Skiing with Friends

The property fit the Vrbo description accurately and more. We enjoyed 3 days of skiing at Keystone and than coming back at the end of the day to the comfort of this Black Bear property.

Location great and lots of room. Definitely not a place to stay if you plan on cooking. Small 2 burner cook top and no actual oven. The microwave does have a convection mode that was hardly adequate. Dishwasher would not go through complete cycle and the dishes were wet and not clean. Called to report dishwasher but nothing was done.
