Tämä 1 690 neliön jalka 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen kattohuoneisto nukkuu kahdeksan ja siinä on holvikatot, kaksi makuuhuonetta ja päivitetty keittiö. Ylisuuret parvekkeet tarjoavat upeat näkymät laskettelurinteelle, jotta voit nähdä hiihtäjät ja lumilautailijat tulevat alas vuorelle. Nauti tämän ski-in / ski-out-kompleksin ylellisyydestä.

Sisäänkäynti on kiinnitetty koukkuja ja penkki mukavuutesi aikana tulossa ja menossa koko päivän. Olohuoneessa on holvatut katot ja kaunis, lattiasta kattoon ulottuva, kivikaappi takka ja suuri taulutelevisio. Sohva vetää ulos queen-size-vuode. Muita arkkeja ja huopia ovat kaappiin. Yksityinen parveke pääsee elävän alueen läpi ja tarjoaa upeat, lähellä lähellä laskettelurinteitä.

Täysikokoinen keittiö on varustettu kaikella olennaisella keittiöllä ja astiatella aterian poistamiseksi kotoa ja siinä on liuskekerroksia, graniittityöt ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ruokailutila istuu mukavasti kahdeksan upean puupöydän ympärillä ja aamiaisbaarissa on kolme lisäpaikkaa. Ensimmäinen kolmesta kylpyhuoneesta on vain alas hallissa ja siinä on yksi pesuallas turhamaisuus ja suihkukaappi. Tämä on myös yksityisen pesukoneen ja kuivaimen sijainti. Sinun tarvitsemasi puhdistusaine on säädetty. Kaikki kylpyhuoneet on varustettu pyyhkeillä ja ensikertalaisilla hygieniatuotteilla.

On kaksi makuuhuonetta. Jokaisessa huoneessa on king-size-vuode, jossa on Ivory White -vuode, taulutelevisio ja omat sisäänkäynnit parvekkeelle. Yksi kylpyhuone on kaksi erillistä turhuus, poreallas ja ylimitoitettu suihkukaappi. Muita ominaisuuksia double lavuaarit, poreallas ja suihkukaappi. The hot tub was amazing and so was the pool. The location was really good as well. The condo had a lot of space and had everything we needed. The parking was a total pain. We had two cars and we had to park one car in a general lot which required us to go pay every day for overnight parking and there were no signs telling you where you could park overnight so I received 180 in parking tickets. This parking issue added a lot of stress to a short trip.

This is, hands down the absolute best place to stay in Keystone. Top floor, true ski in ski out, hot tub, pool, steps away from the ski village. Absolutely incredible views, was a pleasure to stay for our family. Very clean and well maintained

The condo was perfect size & space for our group. We had seven people. The property itself could maybe use some deep cleaning but overall it was acceptable & OK. There were a few things that needed to be fixed such as the threshold going from the hallway to one of the bedrooms was missing. The carpet could be replaced & is showing its age. Those minor things did not change my overall mind about staying there. The condo unit and the unit itself used high-quality materials when it was built . It’s just starting to show its age a little. I would suggest bringing shampoo, conditioner, soap, as we ran out of the provided ones in a couple days. The communication with the management &/or owners was great. I would stay at this rental again & overall was pleased. Thank you!

This was our 3rd stay in these units. You can't beat the location, just put your gear on and walk/ski right out to the lift.My only complaints about this unit were the cleanliness and water pressure. I value good water pressure and this unit doesn't have it at all. Perhaps it is something as simple as replacing the shower heads, but the master shower is huge and the stream of water coming out of the shower head was just sad. After a cold day of skiing, I would have liked to gotten a nice steamy shower with good water pressure.The other things were related to random stains on sheets to hair balls in the showers/tubs. These are not deal-breakers at all, especially since I could go downstairs and pop my gear on and just go!

All we hoped for.

For ski in/ski out in Keystone, this place was all we hoped for. It had view of ski hill, spacious 3 bed / 3 bath, easy walk out front of building to ski run and to gondola (about 1 block length). Will stay here again.

Stuck in Elevator-multiple elevator issues

The condo and location were great! However, we were on the 5th floor and there were constant elevator issues. There were several days when the elevator was completely not working for hours which caused major inconveniences to my family. My husband had to leave early one morning for a flight and had to carry all his luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The next day, while the elevator was working we thought it would be a good time to take the trash out, well we got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes until the fire department came to open the doors. My mother was with us and she recently had hip surgery, so she had to limit her trips going up and down stairs. We paid way too much for it to break and then we actually were stuck in it. The company should give us a discount for all the inconveniences and worry this caused us.

Wonderful!

This beautiful condo was just as described. It had all of the necessities that our family needed for our week away in the mountains. The condo was very clean and taken care of. We had no issues at all with the off site check in. The directions to obtain our room keys was super easy. We loved the jacuzzi tubs and having 3 bathrooms. The personal washer and dryer in the condo are a must for our family and they worked great! The only complaint we had was the elevators went down for 2 days that we were at Lone Eagle and that isn't on the condo owers at all. They did get them up and running before we had to lug our suitcases to the garage to load up to come home. The underground parking is awesome! Would definitely recommend Lone Eagle 3052!

Family Trip

Perfect location, beautiful home, everything we needed for a lovely family trip to Summit County. You can only park 1 car, but we got around that by using the public lot during the day and paying for extra parking at another condo complex which we had to bike to or be dropped off at, which was an easy thing to do for us.

Location, location, location

It is the location of this condo that makes it epic, along with the fact it has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom....a huge win!! The HUGE downside is the condo is on the 5th floor and there basically is NO ELEVATOR! Review after review for months and months and months mentions this broken elevator. A couple weeks prior to arriving, we were informed it was not working. It appears it may never be fixed, at least anytime soon (within the next year!) 5 flights of stairs in a high-altitude climate, hauling ski gear, groceries, etc., is definitely NOT ideal. After a while it gets very old! Even if and when it does get fixed, one elevator for a huge building like that is not enough. This is no fault of the condo owners, but the builder, but still, you need to prepare that the ELEVATOR WILL NOT BE WORKING AT ALL THE ENTIRE STAY! If you are not prepared to get in a great workout every day, book on a much lower floor!!

Lovely place - maintenance issues unfortunately

The place was beautiful and the location ideal. When we arrived, we were informed the elevator did not work - this unit is on the 5th floor. It took multiple trips up and down stairs carrying our 4 days of bags, ski equipment and groceries to get settled in. The management company did not inform us prior to showing up the the elevators were down - apparently they had been down for many days prior. Additionally there was a heater/boiler problem in the building and the unit was freezing the first night - the type of cold where you wear a hat so your ears don't freeze. It was a rough night. The heat problem was fixed the next day, but the entire time we were there the elevator was down, meaning many trips up and down stairs every day. We would recommend this unit, it is beautiful and the ski-in ski-out location can't be beat. I suggest you ask a few questions to the management company before you arrive to make sure elevators, heat, pool/hot tub are working.

The elevator was out of order, which made it challenging to get to the 5th floor with all of our stuff, but the view is wonderful! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. Would recommend this property and would like to go back.

Sweet but too short

The place was very nice. Walked in and it was 90 degrees, but that was random. The beds were not very comfortable, but good enough. The main issue was that we only stayed one day which isn’t a day. I would not recommend it for only one night. Check in is at 4 and checkout is at 10, so that doesn’t leave much time to utilize the ski-in/ ski-out. That said, I will definitely be coming back for a longer period of time to maximize its location and convenience ; it’s literally at the base of the gondola lift.

Perfect spot for ski in ski out

Fifth floor unit with plenty of room. Two master bedrooms almost identical so it’s great for two small families. Had everything we needed for the most part; could’ve used some salt and pepper(usually present in every condo I’ve stayed in) and maybe a plastic spatula but that’s just me. Elevator in the complex seems slower than dirt and since it is a fifth floor unit, dragging all of your gear up or down the stairs is not really an option. Unless you are just a go getter that way and rock on I say. The views from the balconies are great, with a view to the slopes or straight down to the pool area below. Hot tub and pool are nice and the hot tub is probably the hottest I’ve been in in Keystone. A++. Since the room faces the slopes, there is a lot of light that comes in the bedroom windows at night when night skiing is active and when the snow-cats are active grooming the snow. So if you like to sleep when it’s really dark, you may want to bring a sleep mask. Each master bath has a jetted tub with excellent hot water. So if you prefer not to join strangers in the common hot tub this will do the trick nicely. It was a little tight for me(I’m 6’3”) but it sure was nice to have all to my self. Gas stove top in the kitchen!!! What a bonus. I hate cooking on electric cook tops and seeing a gas cook top was such a bonus to me. We cook quite a few meals while we are vacationing and we did appreciate this feature. Nicely equipped kitchen ( minus that plastic spatula) with everything you need to prepare meals for your stay. Two microwave ovens, electric wall oven and two coffee makers were present, a beverage center, and a wine rack as well. Dishwasher in the island was very convenient and it worked well, but it seemed a bit fragile so be gentle with it. All said a very pleasant stay in a very nice condo. It’s a bit on the higher end of the price range for other condos you could stay at in Keystone, but in my opinion,with its location to the slopes, 3 bedrooms and all the space that comes with it… it’s worth it. I hope to stay in this unit again next season.

Great ski in/out location. Large rooms makes it very comfortable for families. Covid is not it’s friend. This place was filthy! Trash under beds and other furniture. Apple core on the dining table One shower didn’t work but maintenance was quick to fix. Need some overall maintenance love. Parking is horrendous. Very limited space for large SUVs which everyone had. Only one elevator which was out of order when trying to check out. But a great cardio workout carrying everything down from the top floor. Owner needs a new management company for what was once a great property.

Great place but watch out for parking

Property was fantastic - spacious and well appointed. Ski in and out was top notch. However - bring only one vehicle, or be prepared for exorbitant parking fees for the second vehicle at remote lots nearby.
