Just off the living room is the private balcony, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Dercum Square ice rink/miniature golf course.

The full-sized kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal after a day of adventure in the mountains. With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cookware and utensils, you'll have everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The dining table seats four, and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a separate water room with a shower/tub combination and toilet. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a king bed and a twin bed with a trundle, providing plenty of sleeping space for families or groups of friends. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. For your convenience an initial supply of toiletries is provided.
