With 3,300 sq ft cabin was custom built with Douglas Fir logs to accomodate your entire group in rustic mountain style. The main level features soaring vaulted ceilings, centered around a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace in the living room. With plenty of seating to enjoy the cozy fireplace and take in the stunning views, the main level living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, cooking utensils and everything you will need to cook up a meal for the whole crew. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with views to the West and a table seating up to 8. Enjoy dining with the mountain alpenglow. The huge deck is off the living and dining area, soaring high above Lake Dillon, with plenty of outdoor seating and fire pit.

The main level primary bedroom has a king bed with a connected private bathroom and personal door to the top level balcony with seating and secluded lake viewing. Watch the eagles and ospreys soar at eye level from the massive deck perched high on the cliffs above the lake. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2nd laundry room that doubles as a kitchenette. Two of the bedrooms have direct walk out access to the lower level deck. Bedroom 2 downstairs features a queen size bed and lower level deck access. Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 4 is the bunk room features 2 sets of captains bunks (full on bottom, twin on top) log bunks.
This home is fully stocked and comes with everything you need to enjoy an alpine vacation no matter the time of year. The Dillon Nature Preserve trail is less than 5 minutes drive from the house, and the paved Rec Path biking path that spans the entire county and all around lake Dillon is a short 5 minute bike ride from the house. In the summers enjoy endless hiking, biking, golfing and time on the lake all within minutes of your home. In the winter take advantage of the prime location less that 10 minutes drive to Keystone Ski Area, and less than 30 minutes from 5 World Class Ski Resorts including Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.
There is a 1 car heated garage and additional parking for another vehicle in the driveway. This home has access to the private Summerwood clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. Lake Dillon Cabin is pet friendly upon approval and with an additional pet deposit, please inquire.

Primary: King bed, private bathroom
2nd: Queen bed, private bathroom
3rd: Queen bed, twin bed, shared bath in hall
4th: 2 sets of captains bunks Full on bottom, twin on top (2 twins and 2 fulls in this bedroom) shared bath in hall
