Amazing location and perfect for families.

This place was awesome. Super spacious (much bigger than it looks in pics) and clean, well equipped, and next to shuttles to mountain house. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, bright and welcoming vacation condo

This is a beautiful brand new vacation condo with welcoming hosts, comfortable beds and quality linens. This vacation house has enough room for everyone to spread out and have space and great open family room and couch for us to all come together and watch a movie or play some board games.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! This place was perfect for two families with kids. So many games/toys for cold cold days to entertain the kiddos. The hot tub was great. We just can’t say enough positive things about this place. Booking with them again!

Awesome condo, great location

We had two families and the space was wonderful. So close to the ski runs for easy drop off and pick up. The place was clean, well stocked and had the best kids toys and games of any place we have ever rented. Very impressed! We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful

This property was perfect for our family of 6 and our family time and skiing. Very spacious living room, very spacious and comfortable bedrooms, very nicely decorated. Just a short walk to slopes. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the Evolve team for the good communication and service.

So close to the mountain.

The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and the place was setup well for families. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The parking garage was very helpful for all the weather that we experienced. Would rent again!

Wonderful Keystone Condo

Great property. Clean and had all the tools for a lengthy stay. Only negative was the road noise at night which could be an issue for a light sleeper. Everything else was great.

Spacious and clean

Condo was super pleasant and clean. spacious and perfect for family. The condo living room faces Hwy 6, so there is a little road noise, but it was fine unless you want to sit on the deck or open the windows.

Great Family Friendly Condo

The Vicker's condo was perfect for our family: parents, grandparents (us) and 2 toddlers. New (less than 2 years), clean, comfy and VERY family friendly. They had a high chair, a pack-n-play crib, toys, books puzzles, wooden train set, magna-tiles and even a kid size chair on the deck. Great walking / hiking / stroller-friendly trails all around.

The unit was well stocked, clean, spacious and comfortable. Katie was a great host who answered questions quickly and went out of her way to pick up the parking passes. We accidentally took with us to the airport. Looking forward to returning to this lovely unit.

Great retreat!

We traveled with a group of 5 looking for spring break skiing/snowboarding. Location was perfect. Bus stop right out the door and can even walk to the lifts in 3 mins. Covered, heated garage. 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms. Condo is stocked full of games and books. Condo was perfect.

Stunning home in Keystone!

We stay in Keystone several times a year, and this was the nicest home/condo we have experienced! You can tell that it's truly a private residence, rather than a corporate rental. It is outfitted like "home", with family games and kids toys and everything you could want for kitchenware. The expansive layout was exceptional. Nice to have a bedroom/bath/office suite on the second level for privacy. We met the owner during check-in, and it felt like we were staying with friends. Highly recommend!

Great from start to finish

Lovely, clean and updated condo!! We appreciated the proximity of this condo to the Peru Express lift. We ended up walking most days instead of waiting for the shuttle (not that you'd wait long) because it was a beautiful walk. The condo itself was very comfortable. It was clean, spacious and felt like home. I especially loved the coat and shoe nook. The kitchen had everything we needed. I usually have a lot of anxiety booking new places because you really never know what to expect, but the host and condo were everything and more.

Family Ski Trip

What a fantastic property! Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids (5 and 3) and each of us were comfortable the entire stay. Check in was a breeze, location to the resort and shuttles were incredibly convenient, and the all the rooms had comfortable beds. For adults: the kitchen was instrumental in making breakfast, lunch, and dinners! The work study, although not used, was a nice add on in the event of any work that may have popped up. Incredibly comfy sofa for naps after skiing and a large dining room table to gather around. Rooms and restrooms were clean and comfy. For kids: the bunk beds were a big hit! And the toys and games kept everyone busy when we were not at the resort. Could not be happier with the activities for the kiddos. We enjoyed this property very much!

Great location, nice new property with an open layout

This is a nice new condo unit on the corner of the third floor. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed all the amenities nearby. Having covered garage parking is a great perk, and we made use of the extensive bike trails in both directions. The only small flaw is that there is quite a lot of road traffic noise, even at night. There is also a race track across the street whose cars were loudly racing and squealing on Saturday and Sunday. This noise is compounded on warm days due to needing to keep the windows open (no A/C in the area). I would still recommend this property and plan to stay there again.

The garage parking was great. It was nice to leave everyday and not have to clean the snow off your vehicle. Loved the ski lockers as well.

Great Accommodations!

Our family stayed at this condo for four nights during spring break and had an excellent experience. The condo is well-located, open, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There was a minor issue, outside of the owner's control, and the owner communicated clearly how to resolve it. We hope to return next year and highly recommend this place for those looking to vacation in Keystone!

Perfect spring break at Keystone!

This was a great location and property for our family of five and two friends for skiing spring break. The property is new, clean and well appointed and met all of our needs. The only thing that would have made it more perfect would be access to a hot tub. The bus stop is handy and we tried to take the bus once, but it was behind schedule and we found it easier to drive and park at Mountain House. There was one issue with the ski locker but the leasing agent was incredibly responsive and generously helpful - such that it was a non-event. We will definitely be back!
