”After booking and then getting a closer look at the property, I had concerns! Of course my fears were unjustified.. this property sits on the corner of 26th street and Busch Blvd. Easy access to property. Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows.. it seems management is in the process of remodeling. USB ports available, mini fridge and microwave are included. I was apprehensive but slept well and appreciated that the staff allowed us to have a ground floor room. Not fancy, just practical!”

”Pros: location was great for just a quick walk to the beautiful beach and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: the place had not been adequately cleaned prior to our arrival. Sheets were clearly dirty, but were changed when it was brought to management's attention. Floors were not very clean and the appliances were cracked. Kitchen cooking supplies were adequate, but only one coffee mug and one bowl were provided. ”

”I took my 12 y/o here for vacation/bday/spring break…It was amazing! The hotel room was more like an apartment. Anything we needed was right there. It was just steps from the beach! There were a lot of people in Clearwater for spring break but the best part was, we were away from all the hustle and bustle but just a short car ride from all the happenings! Shops, restaurants and people. It was like a hidden get-a-way! I would recommend this place 100%!!…and my son agrees 😊”

”Local dive... not recommended for travelers. More or less its there for those who are experiencing difficulties and families and individuals struggling with homelessness. Local drug dealers addicts and those who live the lifestyle that comes with that sorta cultural cycle of life. Pet friendly yes~ deposits required . Staff nice youg lady told me " it is what it is" when after explaining how there were only 2 towels and 1 was cloth for 2 ppl. There are no bedspreads used and roomservices...

"Yllätti positiivisesti monella tapaa! Hotelli oli siisti ja rauhallinen, kaunis puutarha ja kiva allasalue. Henkilökunta oli todella palvelevaa ja ystävällistä. Kun huomasimme, ettemme mahdu varaamaamme huoneeseen, loistavasti palveleva herrasmies vastaanotossa järjesti meille uuden huoneen. Saimme myös kasan pyyhkeitä ja vastauksia kaikkiin kysymyksiimme. Nuoriso piti kuntosalista. Aamiainen oli yllättävän monipuolinen. Pihasta lähti ilmainen shuttle Bush Gardeniin."
