”There were no staff at the property when I arrived but was soon able to access the code for the room, efficiently from the customer service number. The room was clean and well lit with plenty of storage space for a short stay, clean towels, shower and bed sheets were crisp white. Close to bus stops and parking at the property ample. Quite low key vibe”

”Recently renovated with clean linens, fresh bathroom and shower. Coffee maker in room refrigerator but no microwave. Conveniently located on Market Street in the Castro with reasonable rates and free parking. Street traffic contributes to noise, but each room has separate AC. No noisy gross window units! This lends to nice quiet sleep conditions. We have stayed there several times this year and plan to return love this place.”

There were beautiful plants throughout the lobby they get 5 stars. My room …. I booked 3 plus mo in advance and I asked for a quiet room as my daughter was getting married early the next day. I ended up next to the elevator and I thought I was next to the rain track. The noise was so loud!! ...

”If you need an emergency one nighter, this is prob a quick choice spot. The building is old, and there's practically no service. Don't think about comfortability, AC, or spacious room. Just a bed with flowery sheets you cannot see if they are clean, a bath tub behind a door with no place to put your bar soap, and shower head that squirts tiny burst of water. It is conveniently looked, but coming out of mission station is a crowded station for the homeless. Feels safe but definitely not the...
