We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem.
It is in general really cute the rooms and the pool area are completely enough and it is very quiet so you can really enjoy ur vacation.

âRelaxing holiday. It's a few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops in Khao Lak, but the hotel was very nice. They don't have a direct beach access, so you can't walk to the beach restaurants until in the afternoon when the tide is low. The closest restaurant by the same name is not very good and also the hotel's food was bland, but breakfast was good. The staff was really friendly!â

âIt's a unique property where the rainforest meets the beach. The swimming pools are awesome and the resort is expansive. They have a fantastic spa also. Enjoyed our stay here and strolls along the beach.â

"The pool and the beach are nice. Beach towels are provided.
The room was kinda run down. It smelled of a moldy underground cellar, the wall was cracked and paint was bubling off. The faux leather of the chair was really worn, sheets had holes. One big towel smelled and had brown stains on it the other was really frayed with loose strings dangling from the edges.
The worse part was the washing room. There were poop stains on the outside of the toilet (Yes, it could be wiped. No, I didn't want to know that).
The shower tiles seams were moldy - yes, it was also easily swiped of at least to some extend.
The rain shower head was missing the silicone part, that helps to control the water flow and to makes it more smooth."
