”Nice hotel. Buggy service to beach club working well it was about 200m. That beach club was awesome whit nice pool and there was very quiet beach. Staff was very helpfull and cleaners aks everytime when they saw us leave there room do we want cleaning. ”
”The resort is located in a slightly strange location, not all taxis know the Spirit. The road is a dirt road and a little bit suspicious, but once you get to the resort everything is great. A little bit far from Hua Hin center, but understandable since the resort area is quite large. Tuktuks and taxis are useful.
The villas are new and neat and clean. AC works well, bathrooms are spacious and the layout is good.
Service works around the clock, the staff is very polite and helpful, though...

”Awesome location, close to great local food and 7-11 if you need something. The pictures are pretty accurate. We had a couple of broken window locks and needed extra pillows and blankets and management wouldn’t give them to us without contacting the condo owner for authorization. We never got them over our 7 day stay. At night the lighted walkway looks great but you can’t walk on it since the lights are so bright that they blind you from seeing steps. Our showers would not maintain temperature....

”Very outdated. Most of the sunbeds were broken so probably only 6 people had a chance to stay around the pool. The reception area was well looked after but other areas were not tidy. The corridors and the stairs to rooms were covered in hair, dust and bugs. We had a room on a higher floor but still had maggots and ants inside the hotel room (in the bathroom, floors, closet…). It’s a shame since the hotel is located on a nice beach and it has a lot of potential. One plus: the staff were lovely.”
