Maatilamajoitukset – Khwai

”A fabulous place with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide was the most knowledgeable man who knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. He could spot the smallest bird at the top of a tree whilst driving. He found us our first Leopard - amazing. My husband managed to lose his phone and the guide was able to track that in the bush as well!!! It was a long day with two drives and we were there for 5 nights which was maybe one too many. We have...

”We had an experience of "smart in a hurry" when we experienced that they were more interested in making money than in serving the customer. For example, in the middle of dinner, the lodge manager comes and charges for the stay, which is completely unacceptable and it completely ruined our dinner experience. We had to insist on first paying upon departure. When we settled the payment upon departure, he charged the entire amount for the stay, despite the fact that we had paid the amount on account...
