”This is a very new resort and the construction of additional buildings is still ongoing. The main hotel has a swimming pool, a restaurant, airconditioned rooms, comfortable beds and basic amenities. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. The beach resort is expansive but the water can be rough at times which is ideal I think for surfers. You have to use google, apple or waze to direct you to the place as it is situated in the interior part of the neighborhood area . Limited dining places...

”We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Baguio! We were a family of 8 and stayed for 3 days in the 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath unit, which was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. The unit had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. The master’s bedroom had a beautiful mountain view that made our mornings even more special. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. ”Easy check in and check out. The location is excellent and just walking distance to Session Rd and SM. The building where the condo is located has places to eat food. I feel that this building is well secured as it needs key pad to enter the building. The only i wish is that they provide slippers. But overall stay is great! I will definitely stay here again.”

”Though not too close to shops, we had a Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. You need to take a Grab ride or taxi to go to The city shops. Especially close to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. ”

”Rooms/apartment was clean, the staff were courteous and helpful and the location was very convenient (next or close to several dining spots and a 24-hr convenient store). I did not notice that the place does not have air-conditioning when I booked it, not needed at that time but I was wondering when it's summer time. Also, on the first and second nights, noise or chatter of neighbors can be heard until wee hours of the night.”

”The following have to be requested daily: Bath soap (tiny) and shampoo (small packet) Mske up / clean the room Picture of the balcony in the ad is misleading as the room (#8209) we were provided are just bare cement, missing the wood planks. Tight parking garage, happy we got our car in and out unscathe. Noisy people in the hallway in the middle of the night, the 3 nights we stayed there. Good thing it is close to the park and other attractions.”

”The location of the hotel was not ideal. It is hidden in the back of the property and a multi-level car parking area is under construction. It is not ideal for walking around the city because of its remote location.”
