Kibungan Hotellit

”Not worth the money at all. Super old room, not even a refrigerator. In need of a renovation badly. I’d expect the room I was in to be $25 a night not $100 a night. The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot. The way the room looked, you’d think it wouldn’t even have hot water. And the bed was sturdy, just trying to say something positive.”

”Staff was very accomodating. Stayed for 2 nights with family. Well-sized family rooms with shared common area.”

”I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!”

”Picture didn’t align with room Room was sold on to others before we arrived while we booked 3 hrs in advance. Chaos in Booking system. New room was poor quality We asked for broom to clean floor ourselves Bathroom very small No hot water Person 5/6 had to sleep on matras on the ground while it is a 6 person room overpriced for what you get. Disappointing experience. Never had issues with agoda or hotels.com.”

”Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast.”

”The building is quite new , spacious, comfort rooms very adequate & clean. Quiet neighborhood & staff service is excellent. Parking needs room for improvement. Overall 4 stars!...”

”Clean room, spacious. All staff were helpful, courteous, they go beyond to help you. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy grab pickup. Accessible to Marcos highway and Naguillian highway. Recommend to my friends”

”This is a very old building and didn’t have elevator. Staff was very helpful and friendly and we upgraded to newer building across street with no problems. WiFi is only in lobby”

”Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.”

”We were given rooms on the side opposite the ocean even though the hotel was nearly empty. I had no issue with the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool area and beyond it the beach and ocean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. All things considered, I would rather have been in San Juan where the action is.”

”Everyone is so great and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothers me is the floor is not level and squeaky. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. We stayed for 2 nights and we had Natalia room.”
