”I wanted to pay with my Affirm account, told the night clerk, but she used the card used to book on the app. I told her that was not how I wanted it charged. When I spoke the the manager the next day they said there was nothing they could do. I've filed a dispute with the card account used. This is my second bad experience with hotel stays since I started my trip over a week ago”

”Rooms were clean and big, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking is the free breakfast - it is free so you can’t expect much, but the meats were pretty bad and there’s no place to warm up the food, also waffles are malt flavored and way too thin. Overall I would stay there again and just have breakfast out.”

”We loved the room, staff, location, and hotel. Our only complaints were: - The breakfast was not good. They only had waffles, cereal, tasty potatoes with peppers, gravy, very small apples, dry biscuits (no butter or jelly), no eggs, and the little muffins were so hard/stiff I couldn't bite into them. - There were no dog bags and doo doo all over the grassy parts. - The sidewalk around the back of the hotel had all kinds of debris, broken glass, etc. as if homeless were living there. The hotel...

”Just could heat our room up, it was cold all night. No furnace working only ac. When its 66 in the room thats cold. Out side was low 40s”

”There is no business center. Just a desk/table with outlets for office equip use. But do not EVER leave any items with any type of value or that cool etc. I stayed in early Dec and accidentally left a high dollar Bluetooth karaoke speaker. I was given the run around every time I was able to get to the city to pickup my property. Well, this time I went at a time with needed documents that they couldn't tell me I needed anything. So the mgr just looked at me and said "We don't keep personal items...

”Randomly see fent addicts in the hallways. Usually 2nd floor. Occasionally having randos (always men) Knocking on the door asking for someone else that's not in your room. (Just don't open the door and they go away with a "wrong room)...”

”Staff is not avaliable from midnight until 9am. Goodluck if you forgot your key and it's in the room you just exited to get something from your car at 2am. They will be able to recharge a replacement key at 9am. If they arrive on time.”

”Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!”
