”The room was invitingly decorated with a travel theme. The view was spectacular. We needn't have packed wine glasses, as a pair came with the room. We left the glass door open in spite of the cool temperatures so we could hear the fountain outside. Breakfast was exquisitely crafted. Altogether a dream stay.”

”We were in Room 220. The door was ajar when we got there. The carpet was wet. The light by the door was very dim. I went to turn on the light by the bed and the nob to turn the switch was broken. ”We reserved the Deluxe room with king size bed. We called Thursday to confirm the room. We told them over the phone, we have 2 dogs. We were not given the room reserved. We were given a room with 2 single beds. The vending machine on the property was out of service. The lamp in the room was not properly assembled and would fall over easily. The staff was very unhelpful in our request and slightly apologetic about things. ”
