”Took a trip for a night with a couple of friends and we all really loved our stay! Comfortable bed, great amenities, the place was clean. Great kitchen supplies for cooking food over the fire. Would 10/10 return!”

”The only problem we had was the unit next to ours had a low battery so it kept chirping every 60 seconds and could be heard both inside our unit and outside as well. I did mention it but nothing was done so we had to try to sleep with the tv on all night to block the sound.”

”The room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast served was more than the typical American breakfast. The staff at the breakfast were amazing and super friendly.”

”We had a great experience at the Postcard Cabin in the Catskills. Our son really enjoyed exploring the forest and spending time outdoors. We also stopped by a small nearby town, which made the trip even more special. Everything was peaceful, clean, and well organized. It was a perfect little getaway, and we would definitely come back again.”

”When we arrived at 3;30 workers were banging and drilling to change door locks in Delameter House. When we returned at 8pm, we couldn’t get the key to work in our door. I call the front desk on my cell. No one answered. My husband finally got the door open. In the room, there were no plugs near the bed to charge phones, there was a light over one bed, but not the other and the window labeled emergency exit was painted shut, a safety violation, I’m sure. ”Charming house with gorgeous bathroom - we stayed at Sugar Loaf room-. Innkeepers were very polite and helpful. Excellent location with everything in walking distance”

”Breakfast was cold and tasted old, they used to have free breakfast now you have to $15 extra plus kid $10 Pool didn’t work Rooms were back dated and not that clean No bathroom ventilation”

”I was double charged for my room. Staff ignored phone and email requests for a refund. Even Expedia staff had a hard time reaching hotel staff to dispute the charges. The staff that I was able to speak with on the phone was rude. The elevator was out of service and no notification was made prior to my arrival. Overall, not a great experience. It’s definitely not worth the price tag.”
