”Nice boutique hotel with green surrounding in the middle of the city. Especially the pool are was nice. The room itself was basic and quite small (not superior as mentioned in the description), but the shared "living room area" was nice. The room and living room area didn't have any desk & chair, but the staff was able to provide one in the shared living room area when I requested it, since I was on a work trip and needed to work. The spa services are nice, but overpriced, so I went to another...

”Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. My bathroom had no shower curtain, so everytime I showered, the whole thing was flooded, and these are no tube with jets. Finally, my colleague...

”The staff were lovely but the hotel was showing its age and the carpets all smelled like they needed a really good clean - the air freshener sticks were not doing a good job of hiding it. The pool was out of action but the breakfast was fairly good. My room though was huge, the bed comfortable and likewise on the big side, and the shower was really really good - hot water and great pressure.”
