We loved the unit and property, but we were up by the road and up close to the property next door, which was loud with construction and equipment noise first thing every morning. Did not get a good night's sleep the entire week.

Fantastic location on southwest coast of Maui. Beautiful beach with snorkelling on reefs off the beach. Lots of fish, turtles (saw nine in a day) and ok coral. Staff are super friendly. Pools and grounds excellent. Our apartment was a bit dated - needs a spruce up with a bit of paint etc - but apparently they are privately owned so guessing condition varies from unit to unit.

Very nice property at least the unit that we stayed in, it’s so we’ll furnished and all the decor and utensils are great quality and owner really thought of everything that you would need. Gorgeous ocean view from the balcony. Very large balcony

Location was great, however, the unit is in need of a major clean/update. Stained carpet throughout, ants made cooking near impossible, ants in the dishwasher, fridge is rusting on the exterior, interior paint is needed as hand marks all over the high touch areas and overall cleanliness of unit was subpar because of this. I expect some bugs in Maui but this was over the top. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this unit.

Elua village is my favourite complex in Wailea. The grounds are stunning and beautifully maintained and the property is located on Ulua beach along the stunning Wailea beach walk. Many of the nicest hotels are in its immediate vicinity for dinners or happy hour cocktails to watch the sunset over the ocean. The pool area is in very good shape and always has an abundance of lounge chairs. The units themselves are very spacious with huge lanais and personal use BBQ’s. We have stayed at many of the properties nearby snd this one has the most to offer. It is pricey but worth it.

Beachside with nightly sunsets and an unforgettable view! Our spacious unit was decked out with amenities and there were two pools to choose from in addition to a spa! Local dining was excellent and groceries were not too pricey so we could cook from home when we liked!

This property gives access to one of the best reefs in Wailea. Swim with turtles, and tropical fish! It is on the 2 mile beach walk, and just a short walk to great shopping and dining.

Beautiful, perfect for our Hawaiian vacation
We loved the our place !! It was clean & spacious. The deck was large & just the right size for us. We had a lovely view of the grounds which were colorful, neat, beautifully maintained. We loved hearing the birds singing, seemed so jungle-y. We loved the proximity of the pool & the trail, and we were right near the ocean. We could see it from the deck. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely, The location was outstanding and the walks and beaches were perfect..Loved sitting on the Lanai with a drink and watching the sun go down. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. The was a coating of dust and grime on the deck and we had to clean the room a bit. I hosed off the deck and cleaned the furniture outside and all was good. I would go back again!

We loved it! Overall the unit itself cold have been more updated - each is individually owned and had different furnishings - but the views and location are unbeatable. Very quiet. Make sure to ask about construction. We didn't and ended up next to a unit with a lot of construction noise next door which was a huge bummer - esp since we were trying to get a bay to nap - but it would be perfect had their not been that noise.

We (4 adults and 2 kids) stayed 5 nights in this wonderful two bedroom condo. Not oceanfront but it commands the beautiful ocean views. the complex was quiet and safe with guarded gate. Located in the middle of luxury resort town, you can easily access nice restaurants, hotels next to it, shops, and grocery. From here we drove all over the Maui with a rental car. main room has king size bed, dressing room, and its own bathroom but the second room has only small double beds. I used the sofabed, which was not so bad. Overall I was very satisfied and would come back. Felt like home after long hours of outdoor activities. Jogging trails along the beach are connected to the hotels and resorts, so you can feel resort vibe by walking by.

Schöne Apartmentanlage direkt am Meer. Der Strand ist klein und wundervoll sowie wenig Menschen am Strand. Das Personal von der Anlage ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein sehr großes schönes Apartment. Der Zustand vom Mobilar war hier und da schon etwas abenutzt bei uns. Mich hatte es aber nicht gestört. Die Betten waren gut, wir haben gut geschalfen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Im großen und ganzen ist diese Unterunkuft zu empfehlen! Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in Fußnähe. Das einzige was nicht so schön an unserem Apartment war, war der Fußboden. Leider war der Fußboden am ersten Tag so schmutzig dass wir alle "schwarze Füße" bekommen hatten obwohl wir uns ständig die Füße gewaschen haben. Wir haben dann bei der Putzfrau Bescheid gegeben. Sie meinte das kommt von den Bränden die vor kurzen auf Maui waren. Die Putzfrau hat sich dann auch viel Mühe gegeben und den Boden gewischt. Jedoch war hier und da der Fußboden nicht ganz sauber während unseres Aufentalts. Ich habe darüber hinweg gesehen, weil ich meinen Urlaub auf Maui genießen wollte. Dafür war die hauseigene Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber, auch die Poolanlage + WCs waren sehr sauber und gut. Zudem kam noch dass wir unseren Haustürschlüssel bei der Abreise vergessen haben. Das Personal von der Apartmentanlage war sehr hilfsbereit und hat unseren Schlüssel gefunden und sich darum gekümmert dass der Schlüssel zurück nach Deutschland geschickt wird.

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach.
The properties and grounds are well maintained, spacious & beautiful. Everyone on staff is really dedicated to creating a 5 star experience for both guests and permanent residents. The beach is front of the property is lovely and many locals come for the fantastic snorkeling.

Stunning location, and amazing accomodations! It was great to have daily housekeeping service in a condo, but times weren't consistent which could interrupt plans. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler were provided, but our unit didn't have a boogie board or other beach toys (no biggie, but just a heads-up to those who may expect them).

You can see the sea from the room even in the mountain view. I liked the sea and palm trees from the room and the well-managed planting. The room was comfortable with everything and the housekeeping was good. It was room without bathtub, but was warmed up in jacuzzi. I want to come again
