”Communication was clear and easy. The inside of the home was clean, every appliance we needed and more… perfect for a large family gathering with two spacious living rooms. However, the decking was of huge concern with a large gaping hole on the back deck and lifted and rotting decking at the entrance. ”This house with 4 bedrooms offers a great, family friendly and easy living getaway. The kitchen is very well stocked. From the outdoor deck you can just see the ocean & we experienced a lovely sunset.”

”We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.”

”Overall the cottage was quite nice. There is however, room for improvement. Outside light not working, bathroom light not working, two of the lamps either didn't have globes or globe was burnt out. One of the bedrooms has a fan however no dial for the fan to be switched on. Cottage has no stove top or oven so had to make do with a microwave settings. At least an airfryer should be provided. There was a power outage and although the host was aware, they didn't seem concerned about any...
