The Space:

Welcome to a lovely KDH condo, Stopp Inn and Relax! This condo is a side-unit in the Croatan Surf Club, offering ocean views from the deck. Relax in the private hot tub, a unique feature of this condo that you will want to utilize! Inside, the kitchen is bright and fully stocked for meal prep. Enjoy meals together around the dining table, or cozy up for a movie night in the living area. A bunk bedroom with a trundle bed and a bonus couch rounds out this level, with a full bath ensuring convenience for everyone.



Downstairs, there are two king bedrooms, both of which offer private baths.



The Croatan Surf Club offers a heated pool (available mid-April through mid October), children's pool, community hot tub, indoor pool (open year round), fitness center, park grills, beach access points, and an elevator to all levels of the building. Parking is available for 2 standard vehicles.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



The community pool is open from mid-April to mid-October

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
