”Booking our stay was very easy and communication before check in was great. The day of check in was very smooth with a keyless entry and code was sent a day prior with no issues. When we arrived at property the yard was not mowed and was not mowed till the day before departure. Inside the home there were only one item to last a whole week (laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, paper towel roll and one trash bag) this was for an entire week of stay. The bedrooms did not have anywhere to place...

”What a great house for the 4 of us to spend a few days in the Outer Banks! The location was perfect. Easy to tour both north and south ends of the islands! We will be back to this location again someday.”

”This is a great place to come with your family and if you have dogs. Very spacious and amazing outdoor space, including a wonderful sitting area and fireplace! They have everything you need in the kitchen, wonderfully stocked and a great gas grill outside! We loved the living room with The huge TV that had Netflix, which was awesome after a long day at the beach. The property is located just a short drive like three minutes to public parking and the beach, which was awesome. I also love this...

”At least some of the bathrooms had not been cleaned. Especially noticeable up front was the bath in the bunk room where someone had an exlposion. Also, the facilityblacked a broom and dust pan, and mop/swiffer so that we could clean up after the kids when needed. I bought the broom, dust pan, and swiffer package myself.”

”This was one of my favorite vacations. The host is very responsive and the house was beautiful. The short walk to the beach was so nice and I felt very safe. There is also a little restaurant/bar on the direct corner that’s very nice and my son said the fish tacos were the best he’s ever had. I highly recommend this house for your stay.”

”The last time I stayed at a rental, it was full of spiders (see my Google review). I was terrified to try again. My stay at The Great Atlantic was WONDERFUL!!!! The house was spotless, it was updated, and everything was in its dedicated space. The owner was wonderful to communicate with. I have nothing negative to say about our stay!! ”We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Winds. We took five teenagers and our dog for my daughter’s birthday. The girls had a blast! They got a lot of use out of the hot tub, played a bunch of foosball, got up early to catch the sunrise in the beach, and much more! Would definitely stay here again!!”
