”We loved this hotel. It had a rooftop bar and pool with a great view, and in addition it had a pool at ground level which was great for relaxation. Our room was really nice and the staff was really friendly. The area was also nice, with both local and international food options. There was a shopping mall right by the hotel which was great for buying groceries and get a local coffee, and the hotel was right by the lake, so it was a beautiful walk into town. ”Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. ”

”施設は快適です。日本人の駐在員が多く住んでいるため、朝食のレストランは日本にいるみたいです。朝食にはご飯、味噌汁、納豆も用意されていました。 外国人が多く住むエリアですが、レジデンス周辺はローカルも多く、人通りもまばらで、夜に出歩くのは少し不安があります。 ハノイ市街よりは静かなのでゆっくりするには最適です。ハノイ市街には車で15〜20分は掛かります。”

”It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.”
