”Staff at the desk was very hard to understand. ”

”We had a volleyball tournament and stayed just for the night. The hotel is older, but it was updated as much as possible and clean. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. There is an attached bar (we didn’t go) and gas, restaurants and coffee right across the street. It isn’t luxurious but was just fine for the night!! ”

”Check out is at 11 am management called me at 10 am to remind me that check out is at 11am.this is so unprofessional that it defies belief.the heat for the room was an extremely loud wall unit.even though there is baseboard heating. The room could have had brighter lighting.When I asked around town about the hotel , everyone, I spoke to said it had a bad reputation.saf state of affairs in the hospitality industry”

”The hotel second floor smells terrible, even walking into my room the smell of pets and pee overpowered the room. ”

”Yes it was vary clean. quiet, nice staff. and The jet tub room was good just needed more sitting room chairs coaches but other than that it was good”

”Its an older hotel and could use some remodeling but overall room was clean. We reserved a king room however when we got there it was not available due to previous guest damaging the room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience but they were able to get us in a queen room on first floor which worked out since we had our yorkie and morkie. Overall a good visit. ”

”Room was great. Again staff is not the most friendly or approachable. The fridge didn't work in our room so all of our food went bad. The girl didn't seem to care much.”

”The restaurant below the hotel is delicious. The basic rooms are just a simple small room with a bed and bathroom, the suite was worth the extra money. Stairs are a little steep to get up carrying your luggage, Parking was across the street but not a terrible walk, Overall I enjoyed my stay.”

”Our group booked rooms here while traveling for a funeral this week and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the condition of the hotel. One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in. ”There was no trash can in my room when I arrived. The towel for the floor and the have towel in the bathroom had black marks on them. There was only one wash cloth. There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. One of the 3 pillows had burn holes in the pillowcase and another had blue ink all over it. The bed want lined up with the headboard (which was mounted to the wall and not attached to the bed). ”This is a very older motel with I am sure with original furniture. The pillows on the bed very flat! The lamps questionable if you can turn them off or on and stay. Minimal outlets. No continental breakfast, there is coffee sometimes, the culligan style water bottle is room temperature in the lobby. Did not go into the pool area. Had to check to be the toilet so it was not continuous run. Did not need to use the shower in the room. I believe the upper level rooms are rented. The staff people...
