Family getaway

We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. We planned on spending most of our time at the pool with our grandson however because it was closed we had to spend more time and money having to go to other facilities. We didn’t even know they were closed until I sent an email asking how we accessed them. Other than that everything else was great.
