”This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home”

”Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again”

”Clean facilities”

”The Chateau was well maintained, our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.”

”Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.”

”Hotel is new, good. Hotel is middle of nowhere, think twice. Service attitude of personnel, mostly bad. Breakfast is not worth of the money.”

”Nice location in the middle of the golf course.”

”The room didn't match the description and was quite poor, lacking the features described like sound proofing (there was a big gap under the door), cooking facilities and being small. It was also quite dark and basic, and pretty old. When I showed the reception staff the description of what I booked, they said it was wrong and I should call Expedia if I wanted help. I did and Expedia were very helpful and I ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Considering the reviews, I can only imagine the...

”Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

Hieno tunnelma kaikin puolin!”

”Villa was amazing, easy directions, quiet. Was perfect for a mini getaway. ”

”Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious.”

”Extremely clean, convenient, pool is absolutely amazing & warm!! (Even when it’s pouring rain-from personal experience). Very quiet, excellent area for nearby restaurants & the odd cocktails. Highly recommend staying here. You’ll love it. 👍😁”

”Many of the common area lightning isnt working. In some areas half of the light globes are out. Feels a little bit too dark in common areas at night”

”Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...
