”This place was booked for us 9/19 and not available upon our arrival a day later 9/20 due to ferry cancellations. I had communicated with the agent who oversees the rental the day before and had mentioned we would arrive early morning 9/20 but our room was locked and they never said a thing. The property owners were apologetic offered us water and cookies while they got in contact with the agent”

”I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff provided the most hospitable service I've ever experienced. The breakfast and food were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. While the location is a bit far from the port city of Atacamas to walk, it wasn't an issue for us and added to the overall tranquility of the stay. Highly recommended!”
