Then gather around the smokeless fire pit for stargazing, ghost stories and s’mores.

With direct river access just down the hill, take advantage of our cleared grassy area and two paddleboards for a scenic 2-minute paddle to the sandy beach—or simply enjoy a quick, no-stairs 2-minute walk. This lakeside retreat is the perfect setting for unforgettable outdoor moments!

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have outdoor camera.
Max occupancy at all times is 6, violation will result in removal without refund. Max 3 Vehicles
2 Pets are allowed but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund.

Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
