”We arrived on Wednesday to clean ranch home. The lakeside deck was where you could find us at any part of the day. The view was magnificent and private. A person could hear the waves and the wind in this setting. All the amenities were what we needed for this upnorth Vrbo.”

If you're flying into CIU this is a great place to stay. 1 hour from most of what we wanted to do, but only 20/30 minutes from the Sault and the airport.It was fantastic to be right on the lake. Spacious sectional couch, WAY more room than we needed (but if you're snowmobiling, you'd appreciate the mud room.)We did a lot of travel, but found the accomodations incredibly comfortable.Full size...

”Great getaway, home away from home! Very relaxing and can unplug from everything. My daughter didn’t even care that we put her tablet up for the weekend. She cried when it was time to go saying she didn’t want to leave lol. We are already talking about going back!”

”Even though the area seemed like it was just farm land, we were less than 15 minutes from the heart of town. We could even hear the ships horns and see the smoke from their stacks as they went down the St Mary’s River while sitting on the deck. It was a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The home was nicely laid out and felt like home. I would highly recommend it!”

”A lovely base camp for our eastern / central UP adventures. The smoke from Canada made for some lovely sunsets. We saw crows, hawks, and eagle, and watched a family of otters swim by. We used the back deck to watch the freighters. Easy access to Brimley state park and Iroquois lighthouse for swimming. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for meals and family time. We arrived during a heat wave and used the portable AC very effectively but the latter half of the week, it was open...
