”The hotel served its purpose since I wanted something walking distance to RJ Stadium; but if you're wanting luxury, this is not the place. The staff was great and very accommodating. My room was upstairs and I needed to carry my luggage up 1 flight of stairs--so be prepared. The rooms did not have any of the extras (blow dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner) but did have a decent size mini fridge and you could get some of the extras from the front desk. My AC worked but...

”-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

”After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional ”

”Location was good, close to the airport, downtown, and major attractions. Quiet neighborhood, allowing good night rest. ”

”The shuttle driver was rude. The gym had bare minimum equipment. No hot tub, small pool. All of the snacks at the store were sold out. Bottled water was sold out. The breakfast was very cold and not tasty.”

”The breakfast menu was not the best for the cost. Very few options. Also my room was smelly. The AC can be lower. I was hot in the room”

”Kaikki meni oikein. Hotellia varmaan rempattu äskettäin,huone kylppäri mukaanluettuna todella siisti ja mukava. Pieni ’hick-up’, kun kuumaa vettä ei saatu heti. Tilanne kuitenkin hoidettiin hotellin puolesta nopeasti ja hyvin. Mennään uudestaan!👍😁”
