”We had booked another hotel for a weekend in Miami after our cruise but decided to come back here as we liked our stay pre cruise. The location is perfect and the hotel couldn't be any cleaner. This must the only hotel with enough power outlets in the room! We'll be back for sure!”

AC was noise it . The pool are and the pool needs an upgrade, as well as the pump of the water fountain by the pool does not work and we can hear the noise from the 5th flloor”

”I was thoroughly impress by the cleanliness of the property. The hotel smelled soooo good not just in the lobby but on the hotel floors! And the breakfast...Wow!! I was not expecting the amazing variety! Hot food which was freshly prepared! Plus the view from the tenth floor where the breakfast was located was incredible! Whoever thought of this concept of continental breakfast needs a raise!! I even told our Taxi driver how amazing the facility and breakfast was at TRU! The beds was comfort...

”This is a great hotel; the shuttle from the airport arrived in minutes; room was spacious and clean. We walked down the street to the “Latin Cafe” (a 3-minute walk) and had great food that was not expensive! I would definitely stay here again. We went on a cruise, and the hotel arranged a shuttle to the port for us😀. They have a very good breakfast, also!”

”Hotel was a typical old airport hotel as in good and bad. Very easy access to MIA. Rental car drop off only 10 mins from hotel.
Remember when booking this hotel, it has free wifi only at lobby area. For in-room WiFi you must pay. I had a WiFi problems, multiple time re-connections needed for short web browsing. Also they seems charge $2.23 for phone even you do not touch it.
Lobby and pool area was a clean and well maintained. What comes to room, it was another story. Floor was so dirty it...

”The hotel is good, but the theft of credit card information happened in the hotel restaurant on the day of arrival or at breakfast, under no circumstances give your credit card to the waiters if you don't see it being used yourself all the time. I only used my card here and then I got a call from the card's security service that an attempt was made to make an online purchase with it, and the two-step identification on EU cards prevented the misuse of the card.”
