”Accommodation was not suitable. We did not stay. Doors needed repair, were not able to be locked. Interior suite door could be easily pulled open. Exterior door had been previously popped open (likely with a crow bar)Internal door did not meet the floor. Could hear and see other occupants with the 2” gap. When we arrived there was no working smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector. When we brought this up, the owner asked if this was necessary equipment, or if we could wait until the next day...

”My daughter and I stayed here for one week and we had the most amazing time. The owner answered all our questions so that everything went smoothly - from the moment of check-in to how to get to the neighbourhood grocery shop. This area was very safe and quiet and most of all, this very well-kept and welcoming place made our trip so memorable and pleasurable. She even shared her fresh baked croissants with us!! We are so satisfied to be able to stay here.”

”The property was great in the photos and the space appeared generally as advertised. However, the stairs to enter the basement apartment are crumbling, the blind on the door window was ripped. There were weeds surrounding the path to get to the stairs. The walls were dirty and the dishwasher was not unloaded prior to our arrival. The cushion on the couch in the living room is sagging and missing filling in some areas and very uncomfortable as a result. The office area had a Foosball table but...
