”Owners were very nice. Told us to reach out if we needed anything. She offered to help us with our luggage. Very sweet.
Even though we were forewarned about the sound of the pump in washroom, we weren’t expecting it to be that loud and running that often. The washroom is right behind the bed, so it will wake you up.
The place was pretty clean, except the washroom and the entrance.
Bed was comfortable and floors were clean.
Location was great for where we needed to be. Beautiful neighbourhood....

”We enjoyed our stay, everything was very clean and bright. Communication with the host was very prompt. Far enough out of the big city but close enough to the big city with all amenities very close by. Would definitely stay here again.”

”It's a family-friendly, very cozy basement space. Host was very communicable, only thing that will truly make this experience excellent is to have a check-in and check-out checklist, not mandatory but helpful for sure. Location makes several places walkable which we appreciated.”

”My wife, son and I booked a 14 day stay at this location. On the DAY OF CHECK IN - the host cancels the reservation due to a gas leak in the basement (the gas line was a plastic hose). NO hote water. My wife, son, myself, and our two dogs - no place to go.Why did she not check out her gas lines any sooner?Anyway - trying to get another 14 day stay for my family and two dogs - virtually impossible. VRBO was not of any help either. The host "was so sorry" and said she would communicate with us in...
