”El hotel muy limpio, nuevo y a pocos pasos de tiendas tiene al lado el mall University que puedes ir caminando. La atención de Haley fue muy profesional y amable, gracias. Para ser perfecto; le agregaría la opción de desayuno incluido y en la habitación dejaría 2 almohadas adicionales porque solo dejan 1 y la habitación es para 4 personas.”

”We just had a three night stay at this hotel and, unfortunately, we were able to rest at night only for one of them. The last two nights it was impossible to sleep due to other very rude guests making any kind of noises and letting their children run wild in the hallway. The walls are thin and we could hear next door conversations. The swimming pool was nice but the hot tub didn’t work, even in we told the front desk about it every day. This was one of the amenities that made me choose this...

”Breakfast was great however when the food was taken out it went fast and it was not replaced fast enough for other guests to eat . You had wait a little to eat .”

”Air conditioning worked but my family was welcomed to room where the thermostat was set to 77 degrees. The halls are hot as there is no ac on. Elevator reeked of marijuana. On our day of checkout at 10 am a male staff member used his key to open our door. My daughter was in the process of getting dressed. When I went to the hall to see who it was the male employee said that he had the wrong room. We had to beg for extra towels and the front desk. The staff told us that we had to bring the dirty...

”The location of the property was great and price was good for a holiday weekend. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was fine a variety of fruit would be great. Our bathtub was dirty upon arrival thank goodness I travel with cleaning supplies . The bathroom needs a total upgrade and the desk chair in room was peeling and needs replacement. Other than that the stay went well. I probably won't stay here again unless a total renovation is done.”
